The food, service, and atmosphere ratings are irrelevant. My job is driving, so sometimes I’d like to come to my local Subway for dinner, but when the owner is a money hungry individual and DOES NOT honor online specials OR coupons, that is ridiculous. Don’t get me wrong, sandwiches are good but are already expensive, and if I have to drive to Dinuba to get a special on a sandwich, I will. We’ll worth it if it’s 30-40% cheaper

The girl today with the Orange nails touched my bread with no gloves proceeded to continue to make my sandwich every sloppy but made my boyfriend’s sandwich nice and neat. Person needs training on customer service and hygienic processes when handling food!!!

I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup, and it smelled and tasted as if it were expired and the bread had a weird taste to it too. First and lat time I go there. The service was good though, the lady was very nice and understanding.

This reedley subway is the worst! Server adds stuff into my wrap that I didn’t even ask for nor it was on the menu board. When I ask her why she added the extra ingredients, she responds all rude saying that it comes with it. When I tell her that on the menu it doesn’t mention that ingredient, she arrogantly ignores me. I asked to speak with her manager and says she doesn’t know how to get in contact with her boss. Worst customer service in my life!

I drive all over the Central Valley, go to subway EVERYWHERE….Paid 14 dollars for a sandwich chips and a drink and when i asked nicely to have the sandwich cut and wrapped seperately…the girl tells me oh that costs extra…i ask every Subway i go to do this so i wont make a mess in my truck….THEY DO IT WITH NO PROBLEM…….EVERY SINGLE SUBWAY IN THE VALLEY DOES NOT CHARGE EXTRA TO DO THIS…I WILL NOT BE BACK

The lady that served me was super slow. I ordered a salad, there was barely any lettuce in it and 3 pieces of spinach. Dropped a sandwich. Barely cut the sandwich and wrap.
