Went here on 09/18/2025 at around 3:30 PM, got a sandwich. The lady pressed some buttons pretty quick and the tip never popped up on the machine. I paid with touchless apple pay and never touched the screen but some how the tip option got selected and tipped them $2.23. I asked the woman and she stated that they dont have any tip option on their side, the customer selects it. I never clicked anything though. She seemed kinda sketchy and I personally dont believe that they cant select the tip on their side based off how she reacted to me calling it out. I wont be back here & I submitted a tip to corporate just in case theres theft occurring.

I like subway, not one to complain about food cause I’m not picky, but was very disappointed. Went on 1/5/24 at about 3:40pm, I asked for Multi grain she gave me white bread, asked for pepper jack she gave me provolone didn’t even put very much meat on it to begin with. She was stingy with just about everything she put in my sandwich. They charge for avocado which is totally fine but for the 2 and a half slices I got on a foot long? Not worth the $2. I paid for the sandwich, guessing since i didnt tip she threw my sandwich in the bag didnt ask if i wanted chips or a drink threw it on the counter and turned around, No “thank you” or “have a good day” ugly attitude. Highly disappointed. Don’t think I’d go back

I came in to buy a sandwich on 22nd of December. I asked to use the coupon and she told me I couldn’t I asked why and she kept shushing me cutting me off and being very rude. I’m asking for you to explain because I read the terms on the coupon and it does not say I only can use the build your own sandwich. It excludes some sandwiches but none of which I wanted to purchase. She then went on to say I cannot have the managers number or name because she is out of town . And walked away. They’re very disrespectful and rude to customers. I would never come here again

Honestly the worst subway I have ever been to! I asked for Flatbread she gives me white bread and because of the stupid metal thing around the meat I can’t see that she grab the wrong bread until it is too late! I wanted my sandwich toasted and because the bread was wrong, they toasted the Flatbread for literally only a few second so it is still really soft and then put the meat that was toasted onto the whitehead onto my Flatbread. I asked for light onions and she put a lot on there! And then when it came to paying I tried telling her I want to pay with 2 gift cards and then my debit card, part if that is my fault because as I was already upset, the other lady is distracting me about paying while the one lady is making my sandwich so when I got up to pay and use my gifted card they were only ready for debit card. So we had to redo the transaction just so I can pay with 2 gift cards and then my debit, she still didn’t understand 2 gift cards I swear took like 5 minutes just to pay! The language bearer here is awful! I’ve been to other places that struggle with English and was able to get my sandwich right and I was able to understand them, here she didn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her. Just so frustrating. Overall not happy how my sandwich was made because she couldn’t understand me, and the paying process was a wreck. I’m just going to either stop using subway or just use another one.

Co workers and I stop coming here month’s ago because, we noticed price’s would change for the same meal. Then I came for lunch thinking she cant mess with the sandwich meal of the day price. It was coldcut day and the price was correct but the only meat she put in the sandwich was bologna. Not sure if or when I’ll be back

Worker is slow, I arrive here before everyone else with a pre placed order and the lady behind the counter starts working on everyone elses order before mine. Then the restrooms are closed had to wait about 30mina just for one sandwich

I told the employee exactly what I wanted in the sandwich and they added pickles and mayo to my sandwich when I did not request it at all. They were rude, unwelcoming, and wanted to get it over with because when I arrived, she was on her phone and went right back to being on her phone the minute she cashed me out. She also did not let me finish entering in my number for points.
I normally come here very often and Of all of them, Maria is the only one who’s been extraordinary. I don’t typically write reviews but I actually hate coming to this subway compared to the one on Ashlan and Fowler.
