Dear Subway, I’m writing to inform you that on May 9 24. I arrived at 2321 E Avenue S E-1, Palmdale, CA 93550, around 9 p.m.
Sadly, I was quite upset to learn that the toaster wasn’t operating and that neither meatballs nor jalapeños were available. Despite my initial desire to go, I stayed and tried to make the most of it. I went ahead and placed an additional sandwich order. Roasted chicken was my request.
I requested that the young man kindly turn up the heat on my chicken. I was shocked to see not just a disorganized sandwich but also a really cool chicken when I got home. Why the microwave was located in the back of the business is beyond me. In any case, I was shocked to learn that my chicken was chilly.
It’s frustrating because in order to try to enjoy my sandwich, I had to come home and reheat the cheese and chicken. You would think that paying $25 would be sufficient to get me a quality meal.
Surprisingly, certain items weren’t accessible when I visited at 9 p.m. despite the fact that this location shuts at 11 p.m. It was just a really bad experience, and the personnel didn’t seem to care. I prefer to frequent Subway since I truly appreciated the meal. I hope everything on your menu is better and the customer service is better the next time.
I had hoped for better service from Subway. I’m bringing this to your attention so you’ll know what kind of staff you have. They bring no value to your business. It reflects poorly on your franchise.

My bread was hard and toasted even tho I asked for no toasting, I didn’t ask for tomatoes or spinach and still got it , tomatoes were old and soggy to top it. Now every time I order ima check my food before I leave and I recommend u all do the same .

What happened to good customer service?. It seems like it’s a thing of the past. Went to subway tonight on Avenue S. Some chick with reddish burgundy hair looked at us like why are you here. Never said hello, just completely ignored us. Then some guy came out and helped us.I won’t be spending my money there again. That’s why all these eating places up here close down. Poor customer service and poor tasting food. I give my sandwich a 2. I would have been better off going to bed hungry.

This location always messes up my order and when told they get upset. The woman with the Red hair is extremely rude and Manager let her talk rudely to me, she looked like if she was scared of her. Owner needs to resolve this ASAP. Why only at this location, they are rude and treat customers horrible. Quality of food has gone downhill too..

Worst experience ever, the two guys in the front absolutely terrible the guy with the eye brow piercing was rude giving bad portion sizes was more concerned talking to his friend which had nasty hickys on his neck. never had such a terrible experience & he claimed to be the manger subway needs to get it together.
