This Subway is my go-to for a quick sandwich to eat in the Antelope Valley. The service received is excellent and the ingredients are fresh. The staff keep busy, constantly restocking items and making sure the store stays in excellent shape.
-1 star: The manager is cheap and runs their AC at a luke-warm 83⁰F in an environment with brutally hot ovens. Sometimes hard to find parking.

I ordered online they put like a pound of jalapeños on my sandwich and also paid for avocado didn’t get any but still got charged for it .Called to speak to a manager no one there until Monday so today Is Saturday are you kidding me.

I came in to your guys store on my lunch break, no one greets me. I stand and wait to be helped. 5 mins go by no tells me they are gonna help me in a bit, they dont even look at me. I end up walking out because it feela like they donr care to help me and as I walk out one of the guys working there scoffs under his breathe. Everytime I come to this Subway location they always have the worst customer service. All the workers are rude and no one acknowledges the customers that come in. I ended up getting lunch at the Roll house next door , they had me in and out in 6 mins.

I ordered a 6 inch tuna on wheat at 1000 am…. why in the hell is my bread is crispy hard and stale. I paid 29 bucks for 2 drinks chips a footlong and 6 inch what a terrible waste of my hard earned money and time. I’m never eating here again because this is not the first time this has happened. The person making my sandwiches new this wheat bread was stale af! Seriously? I am very upset with the quality of Subway these days!

The woman who was working Thursday, 9/5/24 at 11:00 am doesn’t like her job whatsoever. There’s absolutely no need to have such a bad attitude upon a customer walking into your business. I will never return to this location again.
