I just couldn’t give this place 3 stars because twice I ate there and it seems like they don’t make their sandwiches correct here. Meat was different and bread seemed like it was toasted on the outside instead of the inside. It wasn’t horrible but I love Subway this restaurant specifically needs a little help in my opinion.

I tried to order a cater box for my staff, first the girl with the neck tattoo said that it would take 1 hour, I felt that was a little long since the place was completely empty and there was no customers, then she asked another girl that was in the back and she yelled it had to be 24 hours in advance. So then I said I would just purchase 6 sandwiches and they told me they wouldn’t do that. I was surprised, I would think they wanted the business since it was empty

The only reason I go here sometimes is because it’s closer to my house and I’m in a rush. However, every time I go they don’t have certain ingredients or certain bread, or their register is broken. And they don’t bother to write it on a paper so at least people can see ahead of time. Also, the workers almost always seem like they don’t want to be there.

i am extremely disappointed. i ordered on the app and didn’t get some of the things i wanted in my sub. then the second time i ordered subs for my parents and paid for turkey and black forest ham and only got the turkey in it. and they didn’t add the cheese either. it wasn’t toasted either so it wasn’t as good. i was very mad

Very clean. They were out of veggie patties, so I can’t rate the food. I stood there for about 8 minutes and the employee never acknowledge d me until it was my turn. I guess I use to being greeted as I walk in.

I have ate subway all around the country !
At best most locations are moderate level considering the increased cost of the sandwich’s !
This location on the other hand is operating at a high level of customer satisfaction . As a consumer I look for quality to price ,! First of all the location here is clean , the veggies and meat here are extremely fresh and neatly placed !

Had to walk out the staff was very rude. I asked them not to make tuna next to my kids sandwich because they are allergic to fish. They ignored my wishes and said I was to much because I asked her to change her gloves. She refused so I had to leave the 9 sandwiches that I was ordering.

Employees Bryan and Elizabeth were both very helpful and positive. This is what subway wants us to expect from their employees, and the general manager David Morales is definitely doing his best being a leader at subway. We haven’t always had the best service in our area with subway but our minds have been changed today and we can’t wait to go back. Watch out subway employees, Bryan and Elizabeth have set the bar and you should all be expected to act as they did!!
