I placed an order 4/19, around 9pm because it was the only location taking online orders and the information said they close at 10 pm. I placed my order and was receiving updates about my order being made. When I arrived I got a notification that my order was ready. As I approached the door and tried opening it, it was locked. I could see there were still people working inside; they had bread on the counter and the door to the bread display was open.
No one ever came out, and after a few times of calling someone answered the phone to tell me they closed early that day. No sign on the door saying they would be closing earlier then usual. No apologies just, “my manger says you will get a refund tomorrow. You aren’t the only one this happened to.” I noticed others arriving for their orders too.
When I spoke to the manager a couple days later she said I had to come in for cash refund or they can remake my sandwiches. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to go out of my way to drive out there. She said she would try refunding me through their app since I had placed my order through there. I still haven’t gotten my refund and no call backs from the manager Marieli.

If you don’t know Spanish, don’t come here. They kept messing up on my order. Even when I pointed to help. Asked for avocado, they put 2 small slices and tried smearing it around. Didn’t try to listen, staff was Maria and Maricela. Will not be returning

Walked into this subway. Extremely neat and clean. I was able to walk in and walk out with in minutes. Employee was was generous and greeting. I felt very welcoming and excited to eat my sandwich and felt good with customers service.

I wouldn’t know how the service is because for the 3rd time in about 6 weeks we went by the subway on north Broadway at approx.8:30 pm last night only to be told that they were closed. Funny, the girl was standing there looking like she was ready to help us and the door was unlocked, but, according to her, they were closed. And that’s all she would say when we questioned her about the sign that said they were open until 9. So one star is being generous.

Going there off and on for years. You always know it’s done right because they make it in front of you, asking what you’d like at every stage. This store in particular is awesome because the staff are very easy-going and accommodating.
