2nd time I’ve been here back to back because my daughters been wanting subway . Not sure what’s up with the service lately but last time I came a girl helped us and she didn’t seem to want to be here, not sure if welcome to subway is still a thing but no communication no hello , just stares to have you start your order. I ordered a 6 inch and she tossed the bread which was appreciated because I’m guessing it was hard. I seen there was a napkin dispenser by the door but it was empty, But even to get napkins afterwards was a wait. Finally towards the end she said have a great day . Today I’m waiting and there’s a guy and he’s making take out but no eye contact no thank you for being patient, I understand they’re alone and the wait isn’t the issue but they clearly don’t want to be here or deal

I understand every store is ran by the same owner here locally so it’s not even a lose a customer type of thing but whatever happen to thank you for waiting I’ll be with you shortly I’m just finishing up this order. I can see, I can tell but damn. Not even a smile the whole transaction maybe I was showing a serious face since I stood there a whole 5 minutes atleast without any acknowledgement but I’m sure VP and his son who I can’t remember his name would have higher expectations. They always smile and greet customers

Wraps are absolutely disappointing. 13 dollars for a wrap that is almost the size of a taco and mine was supposed to have Avocado and had no avocado on it. Taste was ok, but stick to sandwiches. DO NOT BUY THE WRAPS.

Around 9:00 PM 7/ 6/25 My wife and I went to this particular Subway. There was a young man, coughing, sneezing, and cleared his throat while preparing a sandwich. I quietly suggest to him you might wanna put on a mask. He proceeded to tell me with an attitude …What for! Then he proceeded to wipe his nose on his Shirt while preparing a sandwich before mine. So when it was time for my sandwich to be dressed I told the young man nicely I would like for the other guy to make my sandwich The young man got mad and started grumbling and saying nasty words to me (mind you I’m old enough to be his dad) so the young man start swelling up like he wanted to fight me so I tried to de-escalated, the unpleasant atmosphere but the young man wouldn’t let it go I guess he has some personal issues? So, I gave him some unpleasant words and I asked the young man what you wanna do? my wife and I went through all this because I did not want the sick guy to make our sandwich. I wanted the other very nice and professional employee that greeted my wife and I first to make our sandwiches. I will never go back to this particular subway again. PS if The store manager or owner want to know who their employee is here’s his picture!

The girl Nevaeh making the sandwiches was very rude. She ignored me while I stood by the counter and didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. Few minutes went by when she finally took my order. She screamed in my face to stand in the other side. Since it was my first time coming to this location I didn’t know where to stand. This was worst costumers service ever!!

Went in here recently and it was the best Subway experience of my life. The crew working the line had amazing chemistry. The young man starting it off had everyone fired up with his pleasant smile, sense of humor, and great salesmanship. Upselling to footlongs all day!! That guy gets it! Everyone acknowledged you and had a smile. The line was a bit long but they moved it along at a great pace, having anyone in and out faster than I rxpected. I’m not sure if what changed, but this place is awesome now
