Enci, Joshua, and Christian are incredible! They work great together as a team and have amazing customer service skills. In this day and age, it’s really hard to find employees that have what it takes to give amazing customer service, especially in the food industry. Not only that, but they got the flow of the assembly line down and packed and moved through a busy lunch line, much quicker than you’d expect. As a former Subway AGM, I would be so proud and lucky to have these young men on my team. Whoever runs this Subway should be especially proud and make sure you keep them around. I’m not sure who, or if there was a manager on duty, but I see drive in Enci’s eyes and his mannerisms that can take him a long way. I’m proud of these young men and whoever trained them and raised them. If I’m passing through again, I’ll be sure to stop by and happily spend all my lunch money lol. I ordered a cheesy steak wrap for online pickup and ordered it without the peppers and onions. They ignored this and put peppers and onions on the sub and I noticed before driving away. When I went inside and told an employee instead of making a new sub the way i ordered and paid for he took the sub and picked all the onions and peppers off with his hand. Then rolled the wrap back up and gave it back to me. I just threw the wrap away at the next door gas station. Aside from the employees actions being disgusting to where I wouldn’t eat it. It also removed all of the cheese and garlic sauce so I I basically ended up recieving a wrap with just chunks of steak and nothing else. This isn’t the first time they’ve screwed up on my online order but now that I know when they do screw up they just pick the items out with their hands instead of making a new sub the way it was ordered I will never go back to this location again.

I have visited this restaurant very frequently within the last couple of years since I work nearby, and I have received rude service on multiple occasions from this location. It is not unusual to hear relatively loud Hispanic music playing from within the restaurant loud speakers, which doesn’t bother me except for today they had loud and volger rap music playing through the restaurant speakers. I felt it was very inappropriate for that kind of music playing in a restaurant, especially if it is supposed to be family friendly. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes and received no eye contact from the young employees. The music, along with no service, made me walk out and get my lunch from elsewhere. I understand how hard it is for a business owner to find good employees as I am formerly a sole proprietor. I feel like some good quality control might be in order for this restaurant. The Subway by Walmart is always fresh with good service.

Online order. Both sandwiches had wrong ingredients and light on meat. Cold cuts in BMT didn’t even extend to the ends of the roll. No lettuce, peppers or pickles, as ordered. No cheese in meatball. Missing chips, had to ask surly employee for drink cup, then had to stand in line to get it. Why order online if you have to stand in line anyways?
