I hate how I rarely carry cash and don’t have money when I stop for food and then I get the friendliest service. I got a sandwich with someone and didn’t pay & had no cash but I want to say the young woman was most amiable person I think I’ve run into in a long time. I wish I had her name but it early today. She was kind and neighborly and I hope Subway holds on to her. Please give her a raise to make up for my lacking. I’m not failing again. I hope this is posting on Central in Lompoc

Had a terrible experience here last night 12/13/25 at 6:50pm. Ordered a sandwich on the app, came in to pick it up, and the guy told me that they had no record of that order. I even showed him the order number, the correct subway address, and the time and date I ordered it. He just told me no. Then the app switched to “picked up” so someone definitely either picked up my order or the guy lied about seeing my order. The entire time I was trying to get him to look it up, he was on speaker phone with a friend, probably talking about me making him look in the computer. I contacted customer service and they said they would report it, but I never got my sandwich, and I never got compensated for purchasing the sandwich. They stole from me, refused to help me, and now nobody is contacting me back. This place is dirty and a scam.

This subway was really good. The guy serving us was very friendly and well behaved. He greeted us with a smile and took our order straight away. Place was clean and we had fun!

Going before the dinner rush, there was no line and I received phenomenal service! The young woman who made the sandwiches was very welcoming, did not make me feel rushed when ordering, and made one of the best sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwiches Subway could offer! Thank you, Subway, for a great experience and delicious sandwich.

Been to this subway dozens of times and can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve visited. The employees here are friendly and take care to ensure sandwiches are exactly the way I want. The bread is normally soft and fresh which can be hit-and-miss at some shops. They do a good job keeping stocked up on the chips and bottled drinks I like. And if you’re a cookie connoisseur, you’ll be happy to know that they’re usually baked just right [unlike most locations] …I rate them 4.5/5 chocolate chips.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this Subway, mainly involving not being able to order the Rotisserie-Style Chicken sandwich. This has happened twice. The other times I’ve ordered in the last year, the order was wrong one way or another, mainly these involved adding or not adding veggies (not putting pickles, but adding banana peppers, which I didn’t ask for). I don’t know if it’s incompetence or what, but I’ve had it with this Subway. I will never go here again. Mind you, the H Street one also is bad, so I guess I’ll have to go to the Ocean Ave ones.

Two super sweet women behind the counter and they had two big orders and several in-person customers. Still friendly, professional and cared about the customers. Bread was really fresh and store was neat and clean. Sandwiches were great!

The experience was there’s nothing really positive you can say about that establishment except for the parking I got the wings there was a long way then was told it’ll be ready in 10 20 minutes later it’ll be ready in 10 before you know it you’re sitting in the parking lot waiting for the be served a half hour later the food itself it’s something that you could have bought from a department store fried up and put barbecue sauce on it sauce on it there’s nothing extraordinary about it I would not recommend anybody to go there again. It’s it’s a new place and they weren’t properly prepared to meet the needs of the community.
