Horrible place. Staff are rude. They’ve overcharged me multiple times (once even double my $20 order). They don’t pick up their phones, so if there is an issue with your order oh well! And on pickup they’ll say your food is ready, but they haven’t even started making it!!! They also mess up the food constantly. Only positive is they’ve never given me food poisoning!

Not only did they mess up my online order and forget my lettuce somehow, but they also gave me food poisoning, which I don’t get often at all. Not only that but as I was eating, I could overhear the people next to me talking about how each of their own separate orders were also botched. This is literally the only time I’ve eaten here and it’s going to stay that way.

Severely understaffed especially around 6 o’clock. Line ends up running out the door. Takes like 20+ minutes to get through the line. They have another counter that’s not in use. They have used it before. Not sure what their criteria is for opening it but needless to say I highly recommend not going at 6 or 7 o’clock.

Nearly every single time (im not kidding its gotta be around 80% of the time) I order on the subway app I get there 10 minutes after the App says the sandwich is supposed to be ready. and the workers at this subway 80% of the time haven’t even started making my sandwich. I’m fairly sure this is because the workers are primarily focused on orders coming from grub hub even though customers who order on the app should be of the same priority. This results in me having to wait an extra 10-25 minutes.

The first time I went there, it was very good. The staff re friendly. Every time since it has been more busy, and the staff efficiency and food quality have varied. For instance, they often don’t properly toast sandwiches, always taking the sandwich out 2-3 (10-15%) seconds early. They also no longer have small drinks, although apparently they have them on the Subway mobile app (Why can’t they use Grub-hub like everywhere else on campus).

Gets incredibly full at the end of each hour (people finally off class). But if you go in between, it’s nice.

The Mexican man working the counter (I haven’t got his name yet) is extremely proud to work there and it makes all the difference when it comes to how your experience goes here. It’s quick, you are well taken care of, and there is virtually zero friction from ordering to paying. If you order on the Subway App, your service is even faster. They don’t keep you waiting long. The most you’d have to wait for somebody to talk to you is about two minutes if it is a busy hour. This establishment is open 24/7 and I highly recommend it to anyone interested.

I go in for a salad and get absolutely terrible customer service They asked me for my base I said lettuce and provolone cheese and they toss it over to the payment menu. Then I said I Actually want more than just tuna two pieces of cheese and lettuce, EVERYTIME i added vegetables to my salads I was given attitude “oh now you want this, now you want this one too, any other vegetables or did you forget what you wanted” If I was able to say what I wanted without rude comments in between it would have been quick and over with, I’ve been door dashing since 9:30 AM and came in at 2 am because I had 3 hours left till my shift was done and had a better attitude. I do not recommend this subway to anyone who goes in after midnight or at all, if you hate your job don’t take it out on customers giving you business. How about hiring or scheduling people who are energetic and not stressed out degrading you on your order EVERYTIME you add add a vegetable. WILL NEVER be going there again. Definitely gonna be doing more then a Yelp review gonna call and complain about the lack of customer service to people who just want food after working all day with no stops.

Usually this subway is good, but today I had a bad experience. I understand this can happen sometimes but it still is not acceptable within the bounds of food safety and standards. Today I got a sandwich and ate my first half and was all good but in my second half I tasted something crunchy. Basically what I found was a piece of some unknown purple plastic that somehow managed to get into my food. I’m only writing this so that they can be aware that they need to monitor more closely and be careful and hopefully prevent this from happening again or to someone else.
