I ordered my food through Uber Eats (so take this how you want) but I ordered my sandwich a bag of chips, and 4 raspberry cookies for my coworkers, when I got my order, I was missing my chips and ALL 4 cookies.
The last time I ordered from this store, they didn’t put any sauce on my sandwich at ALL, and they forgot my drink and chips! Thank goodness I am able to get a refund on those items but how do you miss that! And how do you pack a delivery order and tape up the bag so the delivery person can’t open it which is great but how are they suppose to know they got everything!? Because clearly this store doesn’t do anything right!

Used to buy from here pretty often but lately the quality of the food has made me seek other locations.
Especially in the late hours, something is always off about my sandwiches and it feels like a waste of money. From outdated or undercooked meat, to forgetting things in my order. It really feels like there’s a lack of awareness when it comes to consumers lately.

When I was trying to order, all I could hear was the manager barking at her team. She was loud, rude, and completely unprofessional it honestly ruined my whole experience. Instead of helping customers or supporting her staff, she was too busy talking down to everyone. She seriously needs to learn some respect and stay in her lane. No one wants to be around that kind of attitude, especially in a workplace that’s supposed to be welcoming. Fix your attitude.

he just ignored us there was three of us waiting and we all left give maria a raise. 6/20/2025 : it’s gotten better so I’ll put it from 1 star to 3 shout out to Maria they are the best and so patient they are the reason I go back. Serously stop giving her the short en o the straw subway.corp!

I ordered through Subway app and mentioned toast my sandwich but the guy works there very rude to me and told he could charge for toast. Even they charge for sprite $3.29 but at other subways it’s $2.29. They charged for my order $13.60. But I didn’t pickup my order and left. So wasting of my money and time. Very bad experience

I’m not sure what happened to this place; management or the employees must’ve changed I ordered a couple foot longs through the app and received a total incorrect order. The items I asked for on the app was not added to my sub but when I went in person to pick up the order I saw them the items displayed it’s unacceptable to not give customers what that ask for when it’s money coming out of their pockets !
