The lady with the glasses didn’t even let me talk just rushed me through my order the other red head girl was also rude. It seems like if you speak Spanish they’ll be more nice to you on top of all that they barely put any meat on my sandwich go to the one by chase. It’s way better than this spot.

I had such a great experience at this Subway! Maggie and Gabby were super friendly and helpful the whole time. They made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Both of them were fast, kind, and made the visit really enjoyable. Definitely the best service I’ve had at a Subway—thank you Maggie and Gabby!

The lady working there was so helpful after the app glitched and changed my pick up time. She maintained constant communication and even called me back to make sure I knew that she had canceled the duplicate order. I thought customer service like this was dead but I was wrong. 10/10 will recommend.

Don’t bother ordering online, when you get there it won’t be ready and they will question you if you made it at the right store and after wasting your time they end up finding the online order receipt and they don’t even apologize for it lol. It’s happened to me 3 times and not one time did they apologize for it. I go on my lunch so having to sit there until they make it when I had ordered it hours in advance is kinda messed up.

Well the service lady kelly ignored me like 5 minutes talking to her coworker talking about her life not even a I’ll be right with you after all this she took my order rude so I decided to go again this oct 9 I walked inn kelly once again talking to two lady’s ignored me again waited like 5 minutes she was talking about going to the beach in two weeks not even making the lady’s sandwiches another worker was cleaning lobby took trash out so after 10 minutes listening to Kelly’s conversation the other coworker comes to help me apologize for my waiting maybe kelly should have another job not one that she doesn’t like!!!hope management does something about this

Worst experience in my life. Woman with red hair immediately gave attitude when I walked in. I was like okay, that’s fine not an issue. But then when I informed her I was picking up a mobile order, she asked for name and number. I then informed her I didn’t input that information because I made my order with the app as a guest. She then continued to ask for that information despite me telling her I never put it in. I gave it to her just in case. She then was approached by another worker who recognized my order by the sandwich I got, tuna. She then asked for my information once I again, and I told her. Showed her my order on the phone as well. She then showed me the receipt of the sandwich her coworker gave her and it had the name I titled my AirPods as. Turns out the app automatically assumed that was my name, but before receiving my order red haired woman screamed at me telling me I didn’t give her the right name or phone number. She was berating me, when I told her I DIDNT INPUT the information she was asking. I left mad and honestly been a customer there for years and this is the first time I’ve felt angry at customer service. I work in customer service, I get it, but it was hostile behavior towards me for no reason.

Went in after our visit to the fair and was craving a meatball sandwich and my kid wanted sweet chicken. Service was pretty spot on over hearing them talk to other customers made us feel welcome Kelly and Jordan were kindly enough to tell us that the meatball sub was on sale as a meal that day and honesltly let me say best sandwiches in a long time and best looking too hope one of the two are working because I want them the exact same they were delicious

My experience in this place is very bad. the girl who prepares the subways is very rude for example I ask what kind of bread she has available and she with her finger and an angry look touches the different types of breads that are on the poster then I say I want white cheese please and says angry everyone is white which one do you want? My wife and I do not think we will return here.
