I’m very pleased with the customer service I received today. I received my sandwich missing avocado, I drove back and they corrected the issue, no hesitation. The manager and the female employee helping me were extremely nice. The female employee even greeted me with a smile. I wish I would have asked for their names. Overall I had a great experience. Very skimpy on veggies they say extra veggies will be an extra charge! Said a BMT didnt come with chesse. Said sub of the day was 3.99 extra for drink and chips. That’s why its a deal it comes with it! Worst subway in porterville!

Very easy to access off of HWY 190 for anyone who is looking for a quick bite. The vegetable ingredients are fresh, the bread selection is plentiful, and their prices are always moderate. The employees have always been helpful and friendly. This makes this Subway my go to sandwich stop, definitely do recommend.

**I am specifically reviewing the footlong pretzel.**
What a disappointment!!! I was so excited to try this pretzel, I love Auntie Anne’s! But this is a stick of tasteless, burnt bread with barely any salt. I spit out my second bite because I couldn’t force myself to finish chewing it. This is a sad excuse for a soft pretzel, and a waste of money.

Today I was in the Subway on Henderson and I was blown away! I was there during their lunch rush and they were busy. The owners of that Subway should be very proud of the crew that was working that shift. With the speed that the crew had would put any fast food restaurant to shame! Food was awesome, crew was fast and friendly plus the store was nice and clean. Keep up the awesome job young men and women.

After purchasing a Yummy Foot-Long Steak & Cheese.. I must have Dropped my Wallet somewhere in or around the Store..!!
As most wallets do.. I had EVERYTHING in there..Including $280..!! I came back the following morning and before I could ask..the Gentleman behind the counter asked me if I had Lost my Wallet..!!
He Apologized for going through it but it was only to try and contact me..!
Everything was in it..even the $280..!! Thank you Subway for Hiring an AWESOME Crew..!!

Sandwiches have been getting worse and worse. Tonight was the final straw. Bread was stale, lettuce was beyond wilted and the tomatoes were totally mush, 2 skimpy slices of turkey. Times are tough but this is pathetic will not go back
