Tried to order on the app. It didn’t work. Ordered online and got a confirmation. Paid for my food. Almost $50. Arrived at Lindsay, CA Subway and was told that the order was not received and that my money would not be refunded. Tried to contact customer service, but was redirected to the website. I am furious! I will NEVER EVER order from the Lindsay Subway again, and as soon as I find out how to contact the franchise owner to complain about the lack of help and customer care of the employees on staff on 4/2/25, I will be doing so. Bad business!

The young ladies working today were extremely courteous. I had my 8 year old grandson with me, and sometimes, it takes him a while to order. The staff was patient with us. In addition, the inside of the restaurant was very clean.

The girl was super nice. She asked how we were and was very helpful with questions about different sandwiches. She even have us a few insiders so we can order custom goodies!! Next employee he came in and for right to work. Great customer service.

My wife, my 3 year old, and I went to buy sandwiches at 7 pm, and my daughter had to use the bathroom before we ordered. The lady working said sorry the bathrooms are closed for the night. “I just cleaned it.” We left . Customer service is a big thing. And the customer service she had was little to none. They lost business because she was too lazy to let a 3 year old use the restroom she had just cleaned. I believe they close at 9.

Some employees do really good, while others are questionable. The place in general is clean and well taken care of. Sometimes they run out of necessities, such as specific bread, or avocado or something. Kinda small, but still a good place to eat inside. The employees are nice majority of the time though.

I love subway and the two workers were nice but one wasn’t wearing a mask and wore it when she saw us come in. Then I asked the other lady for chocolate chip cookies and one double chocolate and maybe it was fault on my part but I couldn’t exactly open my food in the place but once I got home I took a cookie and it was a white choclatenone with some nuts and was like oh maybe it was a mistake it’s fine but when I checked all of them were wrong!! I’m allergic to nuts
