First time using the order ahead app. Waited 25mins and when it said it was ready I entered the store. There were 6people ahead of me and a HUGE mound of receipts from online orders. My order hadnt even been started yet! These poor girls (only 2 of them) were working as fast as they could and still remained polite and professional. I may have had to wait almost 45mins for an order but their willingness to work hard made up for it!! I didn’t catch their names but Kudos to them

We loved Subway. It’s always been a good experience ordering at this particular restaurant. It was a very clean restaurant with friendly & polite employees. My sandwich was prepared promptly and very neatly. They made my sandwich perfectly. However, it was the weirdest thing, my sandwich tasted like nothing so I tried all the veggies I put on my turkey sandwich individually sadly the pickles barely tasted like dill, the onions had very light flavor, olives very light flavor, cucumbers had no flavor and tomatoes had no flavor and the turkey (very thin sliced and maybe 2 layers) had almost no to very little flavor as well and although my bread was fresh and soft it lacked the warm comfort fresh baked deliciousness fresh bread brings. I’m not sure what this means I was thinking maybe not fresh ingredients?? I probably won’t be ordering subway anymore. The way food prices are, I’m convinced it’s a factor of quantity over quality and these days and time it’s hard to shake a finger at anyone for choosing that so I get it. I always order the same sandwich so this may not be how every sandwich will be. I hope it gets better this is my first time experiencing this here. Experience ordering was a 10, employees 10, food presentation 8, quality 2. Sorry guys I hope it gets better.

Stopped in there yesterday to get two footlongs and was somewhat disappointed this time as compared to other times I have been there. The first sandwich was suppose to have 2x cheese. However, when the sandwich was being prepared, I noticed that only 1.5x cheese was placed on the sandwich and the cheesesteak meat was also being rationed. All the veggies were sliced paper thin.
The same issue was also present on the cold cut combo I ordered. The meat was sliced paper thin as well as the toppings.
I will now be going the the location on Grangeville blvd in Hanford as my “go to” location has let us down.

Hands down the best Subway I’ve ever been to. It is very clear that the owner puts in a lot of work and respects his customers. He is aware of his frequent customers and makes them feel at home, something out never seen from a Subway store before. Aside from the owner the staff are respectful, courteous and energetic. It is clear that everyone involved takes their job seriously and it shows.

Best service I’ve ever experienced at a Subway. There was a mix up with one of the six meals I ordered and the owner was so apologetic I even felt bad bringing it to his attention. In the end, He gave our kids 1 free cookie each and said God Bless. Great place, we will be back.
