If you are looking for a fresh, fast lunch, this subway is ready to get your food fresh and ready. I know this is a franchise, however, there is still the extra mile that that can be done for customer service, food service and other things. Plenty of parking and located on the East side of Delano, for those who work on that side… Tasty. Juicy. Fresh. Affordable.

Owner of the store was the person who checked us out to pay, she scanned my coupon for 3 foot longs, I ordered all American club 12”, steak & cheese 12”, turkey sub 12” and one kids meal. She purposely charged me for a mini sub and a 12” turkey & ham sub with added bacon. She argued that she was right and I was wrong for trying to use my coupon. As a small business owner myself I was embarrassed to be in line arguing with a woman about a sandwich, it was embarrassing for me and my family and will not be going there again.

Horrible service. I ordered my sandwich online at 8:30pm to pick up on my way to work at 9:00. I get a call asking me where I’m i at to pick up my food. Before I ordered I checked to see what time they close and it says 9:30pm on Sundays. I arrived at 9:15 to find the doors locked and lights off. The lady came to the door to give me my food and a drink. I asked her I wanted to buy a fountain drink with ice and she said no because she was mopping. I advised her why are you closed and sign says 9:30 online and the door sign says same thing. She was upset and locked the door and refused to give me my drink. Manager didn’t want to come to the door. If your going to close early change the times

Worse service i ever had. Took them 30 mins to get my subs ready. The oven wasn’t at temperature and the server supposedly warm them up and my meat was all cold. HORRIBLE!!
