The Meat tasted funky i also chewed on something strange, the costumer service wasn’t there, she seemed ticked off about something the whole time, she was trying to go fast but was still slow. (This is a little personal, but they were out of jalapenos ) i couldn’t even eat the sandwich, sadly. But this is not true for most subways. This is the only place i have had a problem with so far. I wish i could say it was better.

This subway sucks, They open at 8am went in at 11:00 am and they did not have any bread ready they told me 30 mins it will be ready went back in at 11:30 they still didn’t have any bread. They should not be open if the bread is not ready horrible service…

The attendants were nice but they didn’t have fresh bread ready. Only one choice of bread, bread was clearly old because it was very flakey. Asked for toasted subs but my chicken was cold when I ate it. I assume this place used to be better. Hopefully the owner will read this and fix the issues.

Two orders and both weren’t good. The bread was not fresh. When bitting the sandwich you will feel the bread hard. Second sandwich the meat was cold. They did a whole new sandwich and the meat was warm but not hot. Maybe their machine is not functioning anymore. Is a sign to look into their equipment and bake fresh bread.

Best subway I’ve ever been to from southern to northern Cali. I’m from Orange County and I travel to Santa Rosa and work around that area I also work in basket field and I have never in my entire life witness such a great subway. They don’t accept coupons and they don’t have a sign up to let people know, went to get sandwiches planning to use my coupons because I’m on a budget and had to pay full price because I had already ordered them and had to pay for them

Horrible service!! Was served by a gentleman named Reuben. Unprofessional, horribly cut veggies and he kept going back to get utensils to make the sandwich. Also throwing stuff around: for one, the cup he just drank soda in while serving another customer. Better yet he didn’t wash his hands after drinking that before serving us.
