It wasn’t too busy but there was only one person working and had a big order. Wait time was about 10-15 minutes to order. They had a sign that they’re hiring right now so I can understand why they were kinda busy. It was around 330p that we went. I was third in line. Had about 3 people behind me. Once the big order was done, we were out quick. So the guy working was moving quickly.

I have never had issues or complained about this location. I usually order the same thing, in and out easy. These last three visits, I have had two issues with this location.
1. I have visited this location after work on three separate occasions and have been told by the same person that their system is down and are only accepting cash. “Hope that’s ok” um…no?
2. The guy on duty in the afternoon needs some coaching on customer service. First time, he didn’t acknowledge/greet me or ask what I wanted. So I just stared back at him, am I being a Karen? idk, but at all other fast food chains you receive some sort of generic greeting and then place your order. He grabs the bread then tells me the system is down. I didn’t have cash so I left.
Second time, there was a new employee, the employee was struggling, there was a line behind me and the same guy mentioned before ignored everyone and was cleaning up stuff. System was also down but I had cash.
The third time, the guy saw me walk in and walked into the freezer. So I waited, not a long time but still like its weird like he is hiding or something and same thing though, system was down.

The food was good, its subway lol, but i have one big issue! The status of the shop is always very spotty so please beware of this when looking at its google status!! sometimes it’s randomly closed or they dont accept cash sometimes :/ (happened to me today) and only accepted credit/debut card which i did not have :,)

Meatballs always run out by tuesday or wednesday among other items. other than always running out of food, really good service! Just pease get your ordering process up to date with supplies that will last you until the next delivery.

Worst experience ever! Staff consisted of snobby gossip girls with way too much attitude. I had to correct the girl who was making my sandwich how it was supposed to be made and even after doing so, it still wasn’t how it should be.

Young girl with a look just don’t want to help..she was so rude don’t have any manners I don’t understand why she’s working there. if she doesn’t like being around people.. I think she must do something to my sandwich too..

The sandwiches I ordered we perfect, however, I used the Subway app to order and when I arrived my order had not been received. The employee was apologetic and quickly made the sandwiches but having to wait unexpected was frustrating.

They need to hire more people for the lunch rush. I don’t have time to spend 20 minutes on my 30 minute lunch here. I have no idea what the employees are doing. I get the same thing every time but always have a different total.

I’ve tried calling 5 times and no one answers! Two on one day then another three times a day later. STILL, no one has answered the phone. I thought I might have dropped my card there and since i live in a different county I’ve been trying to call instead. Way to lose customers.

Overall decent experience for a Subway, They just remodeled the place and it looks pretty good, its one of the smaller locations. Ordered a Broccoli Soup, temperature was good.
