Reviews
Recently, I noticed there were new employees and decided to give this location another chance—and I’m so glad I did. What a complete 180° turnaround. It’s clear that a new manager is running things here, and the difference is night and day. Every visit, the vegetables and meats are fresh, fully stocked, and beautifully presented. The employees are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about their work and the customers.
The new manager is professional, attentive, and always has a warm smile. This location gets a lot of business, and it truly needed strong leadership—she has absolutely delivered. This Subway is now exactly what it should be, and I’m happy to be a regular again. Highly recommend!
9/8/25 – submit online order at 4:12pm. App says it will be ready by 4:30pm.
I arrive at 4:28pm, with one lady who walks in ahead of me. No one but the 2 of us customers in the store and the 1 female employee behind the counter.
The first thing I notice were the bugs flying around. I go find a table to sit at and notice its dirty. I look around and all other tables are dirty, the floor is dirty and trash is full. It is 4:30 and subway has not started preparing my order.
At 4:33pm, a male employee walks in and a few minutes later, the female employee notifies me that the male employee will start my order. The female employee, in the middle of helping the lady customer in front if me, takes her gloves off, presumably clocks out then leaves. The male employee finishes up the 5 sandwiches ordered 18 minutes after I had placed my online order. At this point, im swatting flies that persistently keep landing on me and wondering when the last time they cleaned this place.
He finally begins making my (1) footlong sandwich and (1) 6 inch sandwich at 4:42 pm.
It takes him 10 minutes to finish these 2 sandwiches, which is just comical at this point.
I drive home, (5 minute drive) and sit down to eat. Bread is hard and stale. No, my sandwich wasnt toasted, just stale and old.
Seriously horrible experience, service and food. The store front is disgusting so I can imagine how the kitchen and prep areas look in the BOH. Ultimately, this place should be closed down.
I dont want a gift card or a sorry, I want your store to go out of business so im hoping enough people will read this to make this a reality.
I’m writing this review hoping the manager can identify the employee involved since I didn’t catch her name. There were two staff members working — a polite and professional bald gentleman, and a young woman with an awful attitude.
I ordered three footlong sandwiches, and when I asked for extra sauce on one of them, she ran out. Instead of grabbing a new bottle, she kept aggressively squeezing the empty one while giving me a rude look and asking, “Is that enough?” It would’ve been simple to just get a new bottle — no need for the attitude.
On top of that, I found a piece of hair in one of the sandwiches — absolutely disgusting! This shows a complete lack of care for food hygiene.
To make things worse, she crammed all three sandwiches into one bag. When I asked for an extra bag, she starter telling “I did that to make it easier for you to carry.” Totally unnecessary response — in fact, it just made things more frustrating!
Last time ever to this branch!
For the worker who prepared my food:
You’re not paying for the extra bag out of your pocket, so stop being cheap!
Also, if you need a refund from a pick up order, because they don’t have the product the website offers, don’t expect any kind of help.
I guess what can you expect from a subway ♀️
