Ordered online and John was the one who made my sandwich and WOW. He put extra everything just the way I requested, and it turned out perfect. Fresh, generous, and honestly one of the best Subway sandwiches. Only location and person I want making my sandwiches.

Place has definitely turn around since last time I was here a few months ago. Last time I went there there was no ice no soda no chips no veggies. The last two visits have been so pleasant. I had the same cashier both times. Her name is Alexandria and not only is she speedy quick, she was friendly polite and had a positive attitude the entire interaction.

Went in there to get a sandwich today and the employee working was incredibly rude to an elderly man who was picking up his order. They were yelling at him because he had to grab his own chips for his order. The elderly man couldn’t hear the employee and didn’t even know what was going on. But the employee continued to yell at him regarding what chips he ordered, that he had to grab them himself, and that he only could get “sun chips” not “lays.” Such a disgusting interaction. Not a way that you speak to elderly people AT ALL specially if you see they have a hearing impairment. The employee was rude during the entire interaction with everyone in the room. Spoke rude. Yelling at customers. Making sandwiches with barely any toppings inside. Won’t be going here again.

Phone orders take precedence over people standing before this man. He is a very overwhelmed and does not care that he is slow. People walk out. Horrible service. All subway have this problem.

Went in to get a sandwich knats were in the case all over the veggies and toppings told the worker he could careless and continued making my sandwich I asked him if he could go get all of my veggies from the fridge because all the knats were all through the veggies and toppings and he acted annoyed and non chalant the veggies and toppings looked like they had not been changed at all just looked as if they had been sitting there all day. customer service is terrible here. Do better or shut down we have enough sickness and disease going around don’t need more from flies and knats

They were concerned about online orders. Mentioning the same to the customer will be helpful. They were out of items. Did not inform before starting the order. When requested the item just smiled and informed they are out of the item. Had to finish the order without all the items I wanted but pod in full.

1 kid in here by herself on a Saturday at 9:45am. Had no meatballs or tuna. Said she “would have to make some tuna” and “could I just order something else?” Didn’t have any lids for fountain drinks. Not so much the kids fault for the shortage of supplies but she did have a really bad attitude.
