HORRIBLE – Second time going here they have no vinegar for their sandwiches which is like a main ingredient. I asked her why she said its popular and runs out often. I would think you would make sure to have items like mayo, lettuce, vinegar etc for a sandwich shop especially Subway. This is what happens with franchise fast food shop. Horrible attitude and horrible experience. And out of main ingredients.

Just got the saddest steak sandwich ever. It was 1/2 the size and wt of my meatball. Used the promo code but counter girl said that shouldn’t matter. I’m sure I’m better of at Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes. Just pathetic. And i had to wait over 10mins just to get my online order IN the store after the app said “ready.” Can’t blame the girl since she was by herself but she took 5mins to make one sandwich! I appreciate attention to detail but seriously?

I was waiting to get my hair cut at Great Clips. While I was waiting my mom and I went next door to the Subway on Ontario in Corona, CA. The experience was definitely excellent! I was super impressed with this particular Subway. I’ve never been so impressed by any other Subways enough to want to take the time to give them a compliment. All of the employees at this particular Subway were friendly and professional. I was also impressed with how hard everyone was working. Two other very important things impressed me. The fixings for my sandwich were very fresh and the bathroom was extremely clean. THANK YOU TO THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! The service was great thanks to Natalie,but I ordered a white chocolate macadamia cookie which at the moment didn’t know it was hard so me and my daughter ate there NEVER left the store so once I got to eating my cookie it was hard so I asked for another one a softer one but apparently the MANAGER had a problem with that but didn’t tell me the customer anything over heard her telling the employees something about it but the customer is always rite. The Ontario store.

On 10/29/24, late night snack for an sandwich, I get the turkey Titian.
The bread was stale and I chose to have my sandwich toasted. As soon as I gotten home my sandwich fell apart.

Tried going here on today, went in two people working. One young lady behind the counter one stocking chips. A call comes in the one making the sandwich goes to answer. Like 5 to 10 minutes later she still isn’t back. The one stocking chips finally comes around to finish but keeps messing up the order. The whole time a few, like 2 or 3, flies buzzing around the sandwich and food. I left.
Every time i come to this subway they always mess something up. Out of cups out of lids, toast it when you say not to.
When there are several others near by i don’t understand why this location seems not to care about standards.
By the way even getting it to go, i was put off by the cleanliness of the dinning room, the floor was absolutly filthy, looks like it hadn’t been swot all day.
Never going to subway again..
Good thing Jersey Mike’s is around the corner.

I like this subway store. I generally come here once a week to get vege delite or vege pette. All the workers are professional and they change the gloves in between clients. I can see the good atmosphere in the store. Definitely recommended this store over others in the area. Thanks for your service.

Terrible customer services . The minute I enter into the shop one of the employees was rushing me to get my order she didn’t give me a min to decide what I wanted . Once I gave her my order I accidentally told her I wanted a ham and cheese sandwich but what I had meant was that I want a turkey and cheese once I apologized to her for giving her the wrong order she made it so weird she went into the back room cursing and screaming even one of the other employees had to shush her because she was being loud . so me and my partner just walked out of there . It’s was rude and disrespectful customer service . If it helps to know the person who helped us was a young women I believe in her 20’s with a butterfly tattoo on her arm
