Ordered an Italian BMT, paid for an Italian BMT received a spicy Italian… with about half the cold cuts of that sandwich because the ham to make it a BMT was forgotten. Not sure if poorly trained or forgetful employee… Or both ♀️ but definitely a disappointment

This location has gone downhill over the years. The last two times I went there were over a month apart and both times, they “ran out of turkey” at 10:00AM. My mind can’t even fathom how a sandwich shop isn’t able to serve turkey for a whole day.
The first time it happened, I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe I genuinely caught them on a rare bad day. This second time solidified the fact that I will never go there again. Customer service is horrible. Not only did they not have turkey again at 10:00AM (my usual work lunchtime), the guy didn’t put lettuce or tomatoes on my sandwich. I ordered online so my specific order was clearly on the receipt. He also kept going on about a recent promo and the baseball season being the reasons they ran out of turkey.
I settled for ham which ended up hurting my stomach. I used to go here because it was so close to home but now I’d rather drive to any other sandwich store than step foot in a Subway. The premade sandwiches in nearby Vons are probably better. I don’t write this review lightly…stay far away and spend your money at a sandwich shop that’s better managed.

Ordered 3 footlongs through the app and they were all made wrong. None were toasted and one was missing cheese. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, I ordered 2 footlongs on Monday and they were made wrong too. I’m done with this restaurant, I’m not coming back here again.

Their service is very bad. The person who works there hates children and treats them in a bad way. More than once I asked him to add more tuna to the sandwiches and he told me that there was none, even though I saw in my eyes the a new container of tuna.i don’t recommend it

Worst and most depressing subway ever! They didn’t even have salt. The sandwich maker didn’t want to be there for sure. She said that this Subway isn’t doing too well that’s why their supply isn’t getting replenished. It’s not doing well because the food sucks.

I ordered 4 Ultimate BMT’s footlongs online. When I arrived the place was dirty but that’s not it, I had ordered honey wheat bread for all 4 footlongs they were all very stiff as if they were old and the veggies were all over the place. They also forgot to put mayonnaise and mustard on 2 of them I asked for sriracha on the side and they didn’t have containers for it

I felt bad for the kid working by himself , there was no ice , no footlong cookies and Bbq chips and after me and my husband ate the sandwiches we got sick. I won’t be coming here anymore and the where they keep the veggies all that side was broken . Need a better owner

I went into subway this morning and was greeted by Bianca H and Austin. They were the friendliest people I have ever met. It was just me in the store so we small talked. I felt like I needed to give them a review because they were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I asked for herbs on my sub and then I got the rundown on how corona locations haven’t had herbs in over two years in the most rude way possible. No need for the rudeness, I was just asking for a simple thing you guys used to have. Probably the most unwelcomed I’ve felt in a while.
