This is my first time to see store not considered customer feeling, we have brought three different kind of sandwiches, and my friend was really need to use restroom urgently, I understand that you don’t open restroom for public, but we are customer, we have buy something.

Honestly I don’t know what is going on with this location. I have gone multiple times in the last 2 months and they are out of everything! They have NO FOUNTAIN DRINKS. Only WHITE, or WHEAT BREAD, only 2 kinds of chips. That’s just ridiculous. They are out of the “seasoning” to make the bread.. why isn’t the owner stocking up on things? You have had the same 2 kinds of chips all month. Think it’s time to go else where.

Very very very bad . You have to wait long time for 1 item . Service very bad . No enough staff , they don’t respect the customers . I don’t recommend. Go for any restirant except this one . I waited 25 mins to get cookies . I don’t know how they recruit employees.

What’s the point to use the subway app and get a time of pick up when you ALWAYS have to wait for your food, even make a line sometimes and or wait way after the estimate time at the store for your food

The server who helped my girlfriend and I was amazing. Her name is Caitlin and she worked on the afternoon of 4/15. She was very polite, patient, and helped us thoroughly with making our sandwiches. She definitely deserves 5 stars. The food was amazing and our sandwiches were perfectly assembled to how we liked them.

I order from this story every single day. Today I was verbally assaulted by the “store manager” Cory, the guy with lip piercings.

This man decided to start verbally attacking me as his customer, claiming I called earlier that day and spoke to him. When I denied this accusation, he proceeded to call me “insufferable” and cussed at me, raised his voice at me and ultimately gave me no choice but to demand a refund. I reported this man to the police. I’m pregnant and he made me feel scared and threatened. He should not be in charge of running a place of business when he looks and behaves the way he does. Thanks to him, I will no longer order from this location. I’ve been a loyal customer here for 2 years now! He also refused to give any information about his superiors, which is actually illegal. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at any place of business. Strongly suggest going to its surrounding stores as an alternative!

Its been 4 times in a row that the workers don’t read online order instructions they never toast the bread I even put toast extra extra and still nothing my son has autism and refuses to eat his sandwich without it being toasted he will throw a fit. When i confronted worker they were rude and telling me they cant do anything to fix it. And lying that they did when i showed the worker how the sandwich looked. Horrible experience and customer service.
