Foud a piece of chipped wood, on my meatball sandwich. I told Carlos about it, I ask for money back, he told me to call and complain. No money back, or new sandwich. No manager on duty.

Carlos and Sandra were working hard. They were nice and quick. After my meal I used the restroom and they politely gave me the code. While eating I noticed people coming in and just asking to use the restroom.. I see why they need a code. As a business owner I understand that the restrooms need maintenance and don’t need the customers from other businesses coming to just use it.

Im giving this location only one star because this is my second time here in two weeks and the service was so bad that I walked out before even being served. On my first visit the employee sounded sick and made the sandwich sloppily without even putting the minimum amount of veggies. I worked at a Subway for 4 years, so I dont blame the employee for working sick, but rather the managers/owners for pressuring sick employees to still come into work. Anyways, on the second visit (8/31/2025 @ 6pm) to this location I walked in while the employee was just starting what looked like a mobile order with two simple(flat bread, chicken strips, lettuce, tomato) sandwiches. I was the only customer in the whole store. I walked in and said hi when we made eye contact but she said nothing and looked down like “oh great…. a customer”. She then continued making the mobile sandwich order SLOW AS HECK without acknowledging me at all. When the sandwiches were baking, she had plenty of time to acknowledge me, start my order and at atleast get the bread out, but no. When she took the sandwiches out of the oven and was finally ready to wrap them she was still going so slow with a very relaxed demeanor that the whole negative experience since walking in felt very intentional.

Today, I went to this shop between 2pm – 3 pm with my little son and my mother, and the person who worked in the shop was very rude and uneducated. I have called the shop twice so far, but no one answered, so I can complain about this gentleman, but I know that I will definitely call and report tomorrow. I called first because I really wanted to tell the owner of this shop that this person is ruining your shop and business, and now I am writing this review to say that this person is really not a good worker.

We work in construction company we coming this place for eat and I asking for bathroom code this guy see me and say is out the service and this moment another customer get out the bathroom he denied me used the bathroom only because coming from work I have the company T-shirt and company truck

We ordered online and was SO nice to see they were being made fresh when we arrived a few minutes early.
Edgar gave excellent friendly helpful service! So very nice to experience a restaurant staff who likes people, their job, and providing great service to customers (especially right before getting off for a holiday!)

The person who prepared my sandwich was very rude and impolite. When I asked to change one of the toppings, he showed a bad attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable. This employee’s behavior was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Subway as a company. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service, and I hope he will receive proper training on how to interact with customers in a professional manner.

It’s subway to respond to the owner. If you are going to remodel change the appearance close the shop get it done and move on.
You have building materials in the dinning area that is not pleasant to see when you walk into the dinning area.
Your staff has gotten a little bit better but let’s be honest the tables were dirty full of bread crums you have 2 guys behind the counter picking their nose and a dirty dinning area and you want to impress me. I was being polite but let me be honest with ya I would not be going back. It does not take 2 people to make a sandwich it takes 1 and when you have a empty dinning area with every table full of bread crums and trash you want me to be impressed try again.
The dinning area tells me how clean your kitchen area is.
The vegetables looked frozen tomatoes specially, lettuce looked dry, and other veggies looked like they were old.
Seriously impressed not even a little bit I was actually kind of disgusted with your establishment
