Worst and weirdest experience EVER!!!
I did order online. One sandwich was tuna, which they tell me their out of after I get there and that they made me a bacon sandwich instead?!
Also the other sandwich only had bacon and veggies when it was supposed to have four other meats.
The other sandwich was turkey with three of the thinnest slices ever on the whole footlong. It tasted like a veggie sandwich, All of them!
I used a coupon online and still I feel so ripped off!!! Only 1 out of 6 sandwiches where slightly edible!!!!

Subway has gotten more expensive than I remembered. I went into this location to buy two large sandwiches, one for breakfast and one for lunch later. Two bags of chips as well. My total was for $37 which I thought was a bit high. The sandwiches were alright. Best part of the experience was the guy making the food. He was on the ball. I’ll go back again but not buying ahead next time.

Had the worst experience here today. I went in and tried to order my sandwich, the lady made no eye contact at all. I asked her for a tuna sandwich and she didn’t even ask what bread I wanted. Then she started to mumble and not speak loudly. I asked her twice because I couldn’t understand her at all and she sighs and rolls her eyes and says “what cheese?” I couldn’t believe it and I asked her nicely to repeat. First she didn’t even make eye contact and speak loudly and second she gets mad when I asked to repeat. It was so insane!

Service was so bad. Both “sandwich artists” acted put out to have to make sandwiches, and when anyone else walked in, they made exasperated sounds. They couldn’t give my daughter a water cup and acted shocked that I’d ask for just a regular cup so she could get some water. While there, we witnessed them being short tempered and rude to other customers as well. Hostole environment. Even my 9 ans 6 year old asked why they were being so mean. Def will not be coming back.

I came to this subway & ordered 2 footling sandwiches. “Semaj” or “Semal”, that’s the workers name, after he finished the 2nd sandwich I asked kindly if he could please replace the vegetables, take out the ones in sandwich & just add new ones. The sandwich wasn’t cut yet or anything. The mustard & mayonnaise was everywhere. The sandwich was drenched. It was all over on the outside of bread, on top of bread, allll over the paper. It just look disgusting. So I kindly asked “I’m so sorry but could you please replace the vegetables? Just take them out & put new vegetables”? He stopped, & looked at me & said why? This young guy had such a major attitude! I explained & he said “this is what you wanted”! He was arguing with me & we were going back & forth & then he was talking to the other worker & he started laughing as they were looking at me! I couldn’t believe it but now days the kids are just brats. Not all but just saying. Finally the other worker next to him took over & said “I’m so sorry about that, we will make you a new sandwich “. I said “thank you”! I just asked to replace the vegetables! My goodness! I appreciated that the other worker apologized & had good customer service. That’s exactly how Semaj or Semal should have handled it. I’m not going back to this subway!

We live right across the street (El Toro Rd.) and this has always been our go-to location. The owner was not willing to help with my attempt to use the app.- special even though the app. kept locking-up my phone. So I went to a location on Alicia Pkwy. that gave me a discount ant two very delicious foot-longs.

I chose curbside pickup and waited there forever to receive my order while the app was showing my order is ready. After calling them, a lady from their team told me, next time come inside the restaurant and pick up your order yourself. Best curbside service ever! ♂️

Like most Subways, good food, pretty clean. Just wish when you order through the app and pay for it that the restaurant would actually get it. However, they do honor it with proof of payment, but still have to wait for it to be made.
