Worst customer service in the area. Definitely lack of training. I ordered 2 subways; and the vegetables were swapped from one to the other. I had to drive back to get my order right; and the rude purple hair lady told me if I’m not happy with the service I don’t need to come back, and she said it twice. Wondering if the owner knows the kind of the employees they hired. If the lady doesn’t want unhappy customers then she should get the order right in the first place. Make sure you check your orders before you leave the place, so you can save the double trip.

It’s probably one of the best subways around. The staff are engaged and helpful. Their food – bread, meats, veggies – are nice and fresh. They are liberal on their coupon policy – which that alone puts this Subway at the top. The restaurant is always clean, and the line goes quickly. Only downfall…parking can sometimes be tight.

I did not catch the name of the employee but she has red hair and was super friendly, and helpful. My family of four visit this location on a regular. We love coming through for our children’s sports events and other family parties. Every time we have visited we have been treated with so much kindness and respect. In fact they know us by name! Which brings us coming back. Thank you to one of the managers Monique and her team who we see typically on all our lunch/dinner excursions. You are always so kind and friendly with our family. Thank you as your kindness keeps us coming weekly along with our kiddos . They love the sandwiches lol

I can’t tell you the best experience from the initial order to the pick up time was exceptional! Friendly staff! My daughter loves subway and we hardly ever get it, so she was excited we were going to pick it up after her late activity. It was supposed to be open until 9pm, we got there at 8:25pm, and they had already locked the door. They then put up a paper sign after we tried the door that said they closed at 8:30pm. I get wanting to be done as quickly as possible, but then they need to change their business hours. If we had known they were going to close early, we would have stopped at another subway. At this point we didn’t want to drive back down Winchester, so we got something else nearby.
