I was feeling Subway sandwich on our drive to Indio the other day. Minus the hike in price of half a sandwich (like everything in USA), Subway has never let me down.
Typical size shop, menu, seatings, set up, etc. This location was welcoming and clean. I had my usual turkey provolone on toasted wheat. I should have stayed with my usual sauce (Italian), instead I wanted to try a sweet dressing. Forgot the name, but wasn’t bad tasting.
Got my order and I was in and out in no time.

Ordered the 699FL club this past Saturday afternoon on the app. Opened it up at home and it was perfect! Everything I wanted on it was there with a good size portion of meats and extras. When I picked it up it was ready…no problems..tasted great!

It’s subway so I believe most people know about the food. HOWEVER the attendees, both the cashier and the woman making the bread literally ignored me for over a minute. No good morning, not even a “hey.” And I was the only one there! It was empty. The rudeness was palpable. Then came the question what would you like? How about some damn friendly customer service? And the other woman never said anything. This is not how you treat people in public much less customers. I have zero intention of ever coming back here. There are too many options to waste time with cashiers and cooks who act as if you are doing them a favor buying there. Trash place!

I wanted to give a shout out to Sage. I came in at the lunch rush and she was by herself making sandwiches and ringing up customers. When it was my turn, she moved with speed but still remained attentive without shying away from customer service excellence. Thank you Sage for your suggestions on sandwiches and being so AWESOME!!!! You don’t see customer service like this often.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a bad experience here that I felt like I needed to. The worker I believe named Sage ?was incredibly rude and impatient the entire time. They were slamming things on the counter, acting annoyed when I was ordering, and overall had a terrible attitude. It honestly made me feel uncomfortable and rushed, like I was an inconvenience just for being there. I get that everyone has bad days, but there’s no reason to treat customers that way. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location if that’s the kind of service they think is acceptable.

I went in and got told my order on 7 sandwiches is a cater order, I have a family of 12. The store was empty, it wouldn’t be an inconvenience to others. It was done but why was I shamed for having to feeding a large family. What a shame I live close by and frequently get subs. I will not be back.

This establishment I have been to for years and it always seems to be clean and quick with service. Prices are always great when you take advantage of coupons in the ads or promo codes online through the app. Will continue to call this my go to subway location.

I’ve been several times on my lunch break. I usually order ahead, and the orders are either not ready or they just have one person working, and the wait is crazy. It is not busy when I go in either. My most recent visit on March 21st. I ordered ahead very early. The person working was not nice at all. It’s so frustrating when you have a short lunch break. I am nice at my job. It is not that hard.

I’ve been coming here regularly over the past few weeks, and the food is consistently fresh. The girl who prepares the sandwiches is quick and efficient—plus, the bread holds up perfectly and the sandwiches never fall apart. Great service and quality every time!
