Store closes at 9p I came in with my son at 8:52p unaware of the closing time at that moment. The establishment is very small and dude working tonight sat in the back knowing good and well he had customers becauese we were talking. He didn’t come to the front until I said, “hello??” Then came out and said “we’re closed”…I was like all your lights are on and you don’t close til 9. He could have made 2 sandwiches in a matter of mins but still chose not too..I wouldn’t do that to my customers…and if yall are the type of establishment to close like 15 mins early then you should say that..

Whoever the girl was that was working on 6/1 YOU ARE THE BEST!!! My sandwich was perfect. I am DREADING my new graveyard shift and thanks to the delicious sandwich I can’t wait for lunch tonight. Little things like this make my me feel so much better. I hope her manager sees this. Thank you sooooooo much you guys.

On December 14th, 2025, at around 10:50 AM, I visited the Subway on Pigeon pass.Unfortunately, the employee working there displayed a very unpleasant attitude without any clear reason, she gave me the ugliest look like if she knew me, or if I had done something to her. This behavior made me and my husband feel quite uncomfortable, and we ended up leaving without completing our order because I obviously do not want somebody like that to make something that I’m going to eat. I hope the management can address this to ensure a more welcoming experience for future customers.

My wife and I visited this Subway today 12/14 around 10:50 a.m., and unfortunately it was a very uncomfortable experience. When we walked in and placed our order, including the type of bread we wanted, the employee helping us immediately gave us a very rude and dirty look.

As she grabbed the bread and began cutting it, she once again gave my wife another dirty look. Her attitude and body language were unprofessional and made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable. Because of this, my wife felt the need to walk out before we could even complete our order.

Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, especially in a place where customers are simply trying to order food. This experience was disappointing and completely unacceptable. We will not be returning.

Bread was stale, lettuce was old as hell. As soon as I took a bite of my sandwhich that all I taste was old refrigerator taste. Had to dig it out. Eh wouldn’t eat here again

I went in on Sunday 07-20-2025 at 15:17 hrs. I noticed an indvidual slicing meat while the manager stayed busy on the telephone. The manager told the employee to stop slicing meat and assist. me. While she continued her constant phone conversations. This employee making my sandwhich had a lanugage berrier that was evident when I ordered a 12″ Turkey on wheat and got a 12″ ham after telling her 4 times. My reciept showed 12″ turkey as well. Then, I heard the manager telling another customer that they were out of tuna. I visited this store 43447-0 like three times in the last couple of months and have noticed a decline in management skills: poor organization, planning, and staffing and customer service. I saw people walking out frustrated. If an employee has a lanugage issue, is slow, or unexperienced then have them slice or sweep or stock but dont allow an employee to drowned while serving your customers. Planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and directing are fundemental suprvisory skills. I blame upper management for allowing this conduct and not following up on this store.
