So I have worked at subway for over 5 years and customer service is/was our number 1 goal also to accommodate a customers needs also says a lot about a store but to treat a paying customer rudely is just un. Customer is asking questions about a sandwich and you are a sandwich meaning knowledgeably customers about which sandwiches they mix and mix but to bluntly tell a customer you cannot get this sandwich even if you pay extra as above me I don’t understand why such things are happening in the world today, but the two Spanic ladies there are very rude. The young lady here is disgustingly everywhere. She picked the tuna up off the counter and rubbed it on the sandwich. It’s all on camera. I reported the whole thing just in case she tried to say this was not an accurate review. I do not have time to ruin anyone’s lives or lie on one. This store needs to be shut down or they need to hire a new worker her attitude and customer service is beyond disgusting and your hair should be in a line especially when you’re making sandwiches, especially if you’re gonna rub it off the counter onto the sandwich.
