So today me and my husband ordered two sandwiches online I checked them when I got in the car and there was no vegetables on either of them. I then went back inside to tell The sandwich technician… she tells me oh I’m sorry I don’t make enough here to get your order right ummm… I won’t be going back. Something always happens at this subway smh.

I asked this lady for help regarding a gift card issue she said check the website for the customer service number was not on the website I find the number online it immediately hangs up I ask her when can we do regarding getting in contact with customer support and she said there’s nothing she can do she couldn’t even give me the phone number so I could fix my problem she always has an attitude when I go in there she is very rude and not helpful what so ever .

I’m 70 years old and the order we picked up today was absolutely the worst sandwich I have ever gotten. It was a garlic cheese steak sandwich and had very little meat and ordered extra cheese sauce and it was very dry. We have been going to this subway for seven years and I think there is a new owner. Will not be going. New Jersey Mikes near us.

This place opens at 10 , I come in and the lady is more worried about fixing her door and bathroom then to take a paying customer .. called her twice and she as he’s like she didn’t hear me and continued her stuff .. if you’re gonna be open you have to take customers first and not make them wait 25 minutes to get helped , if not keeps doors locked until ur ready to open! Horrible experience this morning

“The customer service at Subway today left much to be desired. The employee, an older lady, exhibited consistent rudeness from the moment I entered until I decided to leave without making a purchase. Throughout my visit, she did not smile, make eye contact, or display any form of politeness. Instead, she repeatedly expressed her dissatisfaction with her job. Even upon my departure, her only comment was a passing blame onto her boss. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this Subway location.”

Great place to eat. Right now as of 10/31/20 their is no inside eating. Get it and go or delivery through a service. Took a while to get the sandwiches but that was only cause they had one kid working. The guy working the counter was great, and tried to get everyone out as fast as possible, and also providing great service. NO RESTROOM available at the moment either due to the pandemic, I’m assuming.

Placed my order online, picked it up and when I got home they had messed up 2 of the sandwiches. One of them was for my 10 yr old son and he was very upset.I called to speak to someone and he said bring them back so we can fix them, I said if I go back I just want a refund, not for them to be remade, so he put me on hold for over 15 min so I gave up and just hung up. Won’t be going back and definitely will not recomend them to anyone. Had to go somewhere else and get my son another meal.
