I would give zero stars if I could. The service received from beyond awful. I didn’t get her name because she was not wearing a name tag. She didn’t even give me my receipt when I reached out she crumble it up and threw it away. She was so rude, I asked for flatbread and she said they didn’t carry it. So I asked what bread they had and didn’t even respond. She had a face mask on and was talking to me and I couldn’t even hear her. I told her I couldn’t hear her and she responded rudely.. “I can’t hear you either” I was truly disappointed in her customer service. Our office just moved to the area and wanted a quick bite to eat. Truly disappointed. Hire better people that can treat customers right!!

I pre-ordered my food online, and when I get there, they said “someone already picked it up” so you don’t even bother checking the name of the person who ordered the food? I have only 30 minutes for lunch and preorder all my food so I can actually eat it, when you give my food away and “have to remake it” and have an attitude about it “if I still want it” I PAID FOR IT AND YOU GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE

What can I say? It’s Subway. At least I can depend on it right? It tastes decent and everybody is really nice and helpful but I know that every bite is driving that nail a little bit deeper into my coffin.

Hello, I am extremely disappointed with my local subway. Upon walking in, I noticed the tables and the floors were filthy with crumbs and residue of people who had ate thier earlier and I was there in the late afternoon so these crumbs had been there all day, I nearly had to scrub the residue of food off my table, which is disgusting and unsanitary. And to top it off as small as the restaurant is, one of the girls working had their 8 or 9 yr old daughter coloring as she worked as if it was a daycare, where is management at for all this? Its clear there is no supervision there. When in line to order my food I noticed an elderly black couple ordering thier food when I overhear the server telling the black man they are out of ham and that they will not substitute the ham with another meat and also said the price doesn’t change although they are missing the product they are selling in the sandwich and they ended up buying a sandwich full price without it coming with everything that it comes with. As soon as they left, it was my time to order and I ordered something that had ham and they told me but don’t worry, we’ll substitute it for any other meat you’d like and immediately I knew they were discriminating and racist towards these black people because of how differently I was treated and accommodated, both employees were Caucasian and it’s sad to see that after all that is going on in the world with the political changes, the presidency, that normal people of color are still being treated like in the past. It’s disheartening, disgusting, and disgraceful to see this happen at an establishment, especially to normal people, just because they are black. In regards to the presidency as I stated, I only stated that because of the hate people are comfortable spewing not that it has anything to do with the new president but coincidently people who spew this hate are more comfortable to do so after everything that has occurred in the last two months, but thats not the point of the post but just clarify it for anyone who might take that statement the wrong way, I mean there are nazis marching the streets for goodness sakes.

Ordered a sandwich in person at 10:55 today and woman behind the counter had her AirPods on and was having a full conversation and not paying attention. Find it very disrespectful and unprofessional to be on the phone during working hours.

This has to be the worst Subway to ever exist, if I could give negative zero stars. Dirty restaurant, loud music, and really really bad service. Definitely need to hire better people for $20 an hour… Ridiculous!!!

Don’t go here close to closing!!! Went in at around 8:42 pm on 7.25.2025.. the employee told us they were closed and will be closing in 10 min.. which didnt make sense and made it seem as though she would not take or make our sandwiches. There was also a customer inside who’s order was being made We left and will not be going back to that Subway ever again. If your sign says your open then your open and are there to serve your customers. We are local and they not only lost our business yesterday but lost our business for as long as we live here and I will definitely tell everyone I know not to go here. They need to train their employees not to be lazy and when your open, you’re open and there to provide services to those who are willing to spend money at your establishment.

this place is a joke can you believe if they want to charge me more for something I’m already paying for. I normally get spinach wraps the oven roasted chicken spinach wrap to be exact. And this is the second time they sell me a spinach wrap with only one strip of chicken when I know it comes with two !!!!!!! When I called her out on that she walked away rolled her eyes and went to the bathroom !!!!

This subway is horrible! We order via the subway app NON of the sandwiches came out right, called spoke to the manager she replaced yes but after receiving them again for the second time once again after picking them up the 2 of the sandwiches had nothing but mayonnaise soup almost. I really would like to know what kinda chic cant even make a sandwich?
