So I ordered online most of the time and it always comes out good as I ordered it, but today it didn’t, one thing they missed out and I get yelled at back home.. the thing it was missing was the chipotle sauce. Idk who cooked it if it was that one older lady because shes been missing stuff when I order before. But come on, just follow the list in the order.

My partner and I made an online order, and we got there early. The guy told us that it wasn’t ready and to sit down. Once it was ready, I asked for extra sauce on the side, and he made a face and rudely tossed the sauce in the counter. My bf saw and asked for another one. When he gave my bf his, he did the same thing (made a face and tossed it), and my bf told him it barely had any in the container. He then rudely said, ” You want more bro”. Talk about having bad customer service. It’s not our fault you don’t like your job. Before we left, he got another online order and was complaining that the customer ordered 4 sandwiches.

This place is so horrible. I placed an online order and I did not want my sandwich toasted but they toasted it. When I called the boy who answered was completely disgusting disrespectful. All I said was my order was wrong he said “ok and” and hung up on me. They are such disgusting people. I don’t understand how they have a job the way they treat the customers. I have dealt with there attitudes before and brushed it off. I will NEVER go back there. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. No one customer or employee should ever be mistreated.

On today’s visit, they only have 2 types od bread. I requested a water cup, the lady said “we don’t have that”. So I ended up paying $2 for water. At all other subways they always give water cups.

I normally get subway on different locations but this one was TERRIBLE. I ordered online for the first time ever, and also went for the first time to this location. The sandwich looks EMPTY compared to other locations, and the lady didn’t want to give my husband our order because he confused my first and middle name EVEN THO he had the screenshot with the order number. I had never complained about subway and that’s why once in a while I get one since normally is one of those stores where their items are consistently good.
I understand some people doesn’t know how to work on customer service jobs, but if you don’t, just don’t do it.
I hope the managers do something to improve the quality on both sandwiches and workers. This experience was not worth $21 + gas/miles/time to go there.

The food was delicious as usual. However, the ladies working behind the counter made a horrible impression. While I was there, another customer asked for a water cup and the cashier told him there wasn’t any left. She said he had to buy an actual cup. He said he didn’t have enough he just wanted water. I felt so bad for him. Anyway, some time passes and another customer walks in orders whatever and I noticed they gave him a water cup. How interesting when the racist cashier told the black guy he couldn’t have one…? Honestly, the whole situation left me feeling sick. How can Subway even hire people who do these things.? I wouldn’t ever come back here or recommend anyone to come here, especially if your bringing your family here.

I went by today and received a footlong from Alex Jimenez. Can I just say, he is probably the best worker I’ve yet had orders taken from this place. He was so respectful and patient. I wish I could tip the guy but I didn’t have any change on me. He deserves a raise, truly.

The business hours on the website and the door say operating hours 7 am to 10 pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 9 pm . It’s Tuesday night 8;55 pm and the girl said they are closed. While I wait next door for an order I see some walk in to o ice up a phone order at 9:05 pm. The owner needs to talk to the staff and have responsible workers not people that don’t want to work.
