This Subway location was filthy during my latest visit. My family ordered and completed our meal during the span of 45 minutes and not once did staff come out from behind the counter to empty the trash can or clean the floor.

The guy working tonight 5/22/23 was putting old brown lettuce on our sandwiches there was olives and red onion mixed in it. Usually they clean up after making a sandwich nope not this guy. Was not paying attention. Had two sandwiches putting stuff on the sandwich we didn’t ask for. His eyes were looking at a girl in line. Came home to open the sandwich he didn’t even wrap them fell all over my fool. This was at 8pm maybe he was wanting to go home or talk to the girl. Worst Subway ever! They told me I was only allowed a few bell peppers and a few red onions. Bell pepper & onions are the only veg we asked for. We pd $21 dollars for a 6 in & 12 in sub. The tuna was rancid. The bread was doughy. I practically barfed. And Yucaipa Blvd Subway asks for tips on their pay pad.The Subway on Outer Hwy is amazing. Don’t eat at Subway on Yucaipa Blvd. But I do recommend the Subway on Outer Hwy.

Quick staff, and very mindful of the food safety. Dining area did need a little more love as some tables were full of crumbs and such and the floor strewn with leaves. Some tables do have plugs to charge your devices which is handy.

They typically make very well crafted sandwiches. Typically good service. But I probably will not go there again because they told me after I placed my order that they are not accepting subway coupons. They expressed that they are not participating in the coupons. I typically always come there using a coupon that comes in the mail but suddenly they are no longer taking them and expected me to pay Full price once they told me they are not taking coupons anymore for the first time when I already had my sandwich made and was ready to pay. Hopefully some other subway in the area actually takes the coupons that they mail out.
