Hands down to Rafael!!!! By far some of the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. My daughter and I went in to grab dinner and the line was so long… Rafael was the only worker and he had online pick ups as well. He did such a great job. He was very professional, quick, accurate, made sure to address everyone, and did it with a smile!!!!! And he Wished everyone a Happy Holidays as they left. We definitely need more “ Rafael’s”. Thank you so very much for making the end of my hectic day, just a little bit better!!!!

Went in there yesterday around 10:30 am. The Place wasn’t really busy 2 persons ahead and a couple eating… I was greeted right away and the service was great. The worker I guess her name Elisa or Eliza was friendly, courteous and helpful. The sandwiches came out great and the restaurant was clean and presentable. Definitely returning to this location in the future.

There were 3 people in line ahead of me and the guy that made my sandwich and his partner had us out the door in 10 minutes flat. I left a $4 tip, cause the two guys in front of me didn’t even leave the loose change in their pockets for this superior service.
I know times are tough, but our “grocery and fast food” workers kept us fed during this pandemic, most of them for less than minimum wage, just me but I think they deserve more than just or thanks. To the unsung heros of Covid 19.

The service was incredibly slow, there were two guys there that had a hard time handling orders. And there was only a few customers. I’ve never been to the subway where it took so long. It says that they’re open till midnight but they were out of so many things. It was ridiculous. It took forever to get a meatball sandwich.

The worker was rude, she told us she was not able to make any hot sandwiches, and then she wouldn’t even take our order… instead she was just blowing her nose lol, just exactly what you need to hear when you’re about to get some food.
