Can’t be bothered to open on the posted time. Nicer than the one at 5th & H in San Bernardino, but still not worth the wait. There’s a 24-hour. One, just down the street, though. This is still better than the SBDO location.

Menu says “free cookie on any meal purchase” but today 12.20 griselda and david didn’t give me a cookie. They say that promo only applies to the “sub of the day”. Which is not true.
Besides laying about the “free cookie” offer. They didn’t wrap my sub. Look at the pics.

I used to be a regular here as I live nearby. Today I walked in 30 minutes prior to closing time and I immediately knew I wasn’t welcome. The lady behind the counter rolled her eyes so hard the moment I opened the door that I thought she had suddenly become possesses. I’m genuinely surprised by her reaction that she didn’t just start stomping around like a toddler. She refused to look at my direction, so I asked are you open? No answer. I ask again, this time a reluctant yes. I just left, sorry to inconvenience you whatever your name was. I will never ever go back, I don’t feel welcome and I’m sure the cashier wanted to stab me.

I love subway, they have good food. The only reason why I gave this a 1 star is because of the one employee. I get customer can be too much when working in fast food, trust me I have plenty of experience working in fast food. Months ago, I walked in with my boyfriend asking for a tuna sandwich for me and a turkey sandwich for him. The lady that was working that day though I said turkey for both sandwich and I noticed and told her, “Oh, I’m sorry I said tuna for my sandwich.” I don’t know if she was mad already or the fact that I corrected her… but she said, “Well, I heard turkey for both.” When I heard that I instantly want to leave the store. The only reason I didn’t was because I didn’t want to seem rude and was nervous if she might said something if I left.
I told my boyfriend that I never wanted to go back there again. Even to this day, I haven’t gone back because of the fear of getting her again.

Its 8:42 pm and they say it’s close and on the website says it’s open until 9 pm what’s going on with this people I hope management do something about it seriously that’s why my 1 start review.

Very bad costumer service, the old lady making sandwiches always has an attitude, I invited this young homeless guy a sandwich and she was really mad about it, I didn’t want to make a scene there in front of my kids. This employee looks so unhappy and I don’t think she likes working there.
