I usually dont post reviews. But today I felt compelled to. I was greeted and helped by a girl named Nevaeh. Service was great, I was greeted when I walked in, she took her time with me. Im very picky btw. Lol she was very efficient, and acknowledged me the whole time. What a breath of fresh air to finally come across a young individual who seems to take pride in them selves and their work ethic. I highly recommend this location.

Came in here the other day and had not been in a while. I was helped by Cynthia and she had amazing hospitality and exceptional service. I asked for a few things they no longer had and remembering why I hadn’t been in a while The food was EXCELLENT! My wife and I stopped by the Subway on California Street, and Hope took great care of us. I got the steak and cheese, and my wife had the tuna — both were spot on. Hope was super friendly, fast, and made the whole visit easy and pleasant. You can tell she actually cares about her customers. We’ll definitely be back — thanks, Hope!

I stopped by on Saturday to grab something to eat. I am one that customer service is 100% a must and that was my experience here. I always get the person (employee) name to make sure their employer knows they hired a good employee- so thanks Hope- I will definitely be a returning customer.

Cynthia helped me out yesterday around 7pm, I was very confused on what sandwich I wanted and she was very patient with me and explained a little more in depth the type of sandwiches I was inquiring about which was very helpful for me. Once I picked my sandwich she made it my way and bagged it up in a quick timely manor which I was very appreciative of.
