Claudia deserves serious recognition. During the last 30 minutes of service, the store was slammed and she was handling everything—taking orders, making food, and helping multiple customers—completely on her own. Even under visible stress, she stayed kind, supportive, and professional, and my order was handled without any issues.
That said, it was difficult to watch one person be stretched so thin. Claudia clearly cares about her work and customers, but she needs support. Management should schedule another employee to work with her during these busy closing hours. No one should be expected to manage that level of volume alone. Claudia is doing her part—now management needs to do theirs.

I had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to Claudia! She was friendly, patient, and paid close attention to every detail while making my order. You can tell she really cares about her customers. she greeted everyone with a smile and made sure everything was fresh and prepared just the way I wanted. Her positive energy made my whole visit better. Employees like Claudia make a big difference, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her great service!

Went in earlier today 11/17/25, was instantly greeted by Claudia. She has the sweetest smile, which was appreciated because I knew I was potentially going to be a pain since I had a couple of picky orders, mine included. Claudia was patient with me and let me take my time. She made great suggestions and made sure my cookies were fresh. Sandwiches came out perfectly. Thanks Claudia!

Whoever the lady is working is extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst subway experience I’ve ever had. She said that she was out of bread, the store has only been open 2 hours. I ordered Italian herb and cheese and she said they were out, then right before walking out I see her pull out an Italian herb and cheese to serve to another customer. She stated the bread had to cool down for 10-15 minutes, I was there for much longer than that. She also turned 2 customers away telling them the second they walked in “I’m out of bread” in an extremely rude tone. She is losing this store money, and turning away customers. 0/10 customer service.

I recently visited this Subway location and was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Andrew was the one who helped me, and he was absolutely wonderful! He was so sweet, professional, and made me feel like we’d known each other for years.
On top of that, the sandwich he made was delicious one of the best I’ve had from any Subway. I will definitely be coming back soon!

This is my go to subway! I work with a lot of the schools in this area and sub platters are always enjoyed. I order anywhere between 2-8 platters a week! Claudia, the sub platter queen, always makes sure the platters are done on time or early, everything is fresh, and tastes delicious! Started ordering from here 2 years ago because of convenience and kept coming back because of Claudias great service, great sandwiches and always fresh cookies!

The staff at this location are always incredibly polite! I come here every week for lunch, and Andrew is truly one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met at any Subway nearby. The service is fantastic, and the place is always spotless. Highly recommend!
