The lady that worked today, literally made my day! She had a great positive attitude, and was very professional and made me feel like a valued customer! I wish I got her name, but it was around 5pm when we went. Thank you to the kind lady that worked evening shift today my sandwiches were delicious!

I would rate the customer service at this Subway location a solid ZERO! Whoever owns that place better make some improvements and train your employees accordingly! I had a HORRIBLE experience—the staff appeared disinterested and inattentive. It took an unusually long 15 minutes to get just ONE sandwich!!! So SLOWW! A customer ahead couldn’t decide on sandwiches, and the employee did nothing about it, allowing the customer to hold the line and waste others’ time. It was obvious that the customer was purposely delaying the process, and the “manager” did nothing to expedite it. The “manager” kept on chatting with gas station employees and the customer ahead, calling her “honey” every minute, while others stood in line waiting on orders. Then, the “manager” answered a call while accepting the payment, simply ignoring the rest of her customers waiting in line.There was a noticeable lack of courtesy from the employee, and the overall demeanor conveyed an indifference to providing quality service. It’s disappointing that Subway seems to have failed in adequately training their employees, especially at this San Bernardino location! SHAME! Avoid this place!

This has gotta be the worst subway I have been to. The veggies had freezer burn all over them and unfortunately I could not understand the young man working behind the counter although I know he did his best to communicate. They advertise the foot long cookie all over the place when we asked to order one he said he didn’t have any. This subway has made me not want to go to any subway on the near future.

I’m writing this review in hopes that whoever runs this subway sees this, I walked in asked if they were still making sandwiches, the gas station guy says yes and tells the girl I’m waiting she says hold on, ok that’s fine. but 10 mins went by and I’m the only person in line, I’m still waiting and she’s legit cleaning and mopping the floors in the back..she looked right at me and just kept cleaning..such bad customer service..

I would have taken a picture of my delicious meatball sub but it was so delicious I scarffed it down. The ladies were very nice and patient with me and my complicated order. Plus they ACTUALLY TOASTED MY BREAD! I have gone to a few subways in Redlands and whenever I say toasted they ignore me. This Subway will always be my favorite.

When I went on my birthday the store owner and employees were impossible. They would not help me even though I had my I.D. with me not even expired. The program app with subway always conveniently either freezes up on phone or won’t open for odd reason.

Coming from someone who works at subway. This place was horrible. They were rude unattentive and their negative attitude literally filled the area you could tell they didnt enjoy their job or enjoy having to help people. And based on their size i can tell they dont even get busy which would make sense because the time it took to make my order was outrageously long and it was only 2 sandwiches ive personally made double that at my subway in half the time
