Dislike coming here during my lunch. Every time I go I literally spend max 40 minutes just to get my food. Usually they only have one girl working. Or so it seems. This girl has horrible customer service. Every I go she never fails to get my order wrong. Don’t bother asking for an extra topping, she will get upset. Also, if you ask for cookies check your bag and receipt before leaving. The last time I went i asked for 3 cookies but I only got 1 and I was charged for 3. Not the first time it happens.

I came in here a few days ago and my boyfriend and I were just talking about our experience here and I wanted to leave a review. First off, although our sandwich artist was not in the best mood, it was totally understandable, given the circumstances. Men that were sitting down when we walked in claimed that they were in line before us as we were standing plus waiting to order as others were head, I wasn’t about to argue bcs its a subway, so we just let them go ahead. Understandable miscommunication between the two but the men were being very rude to the lady sandwich, artist as they were ordering. We were next in line she attended us and seemed drained after that conversation and I do not blame her. As the sandwich is in the oven, assuming the next sandwich artist was going to help, she walked away and original artist was helping next customer. Seemed like there was a miscommunication there, but the guy after us was a total nuance. As our bread was toasting, he had the audacity to ask what size is a footlong. Like…. sir?????? HOW LONG IS A FOOT LONG????????? If i was in her position I think I seriously would have walked out of the store. Anyways, our sandwiches came out really good. 10/10 chefs kiss

October 8 Tuesday afternoon around 1:10pm it took them over 45 minutes to make my to sandwiches the girl serving my sandwiches was very unprofessional she served me very little tuna and and as I paid she forgot to give me my drink and chips which looked intentional I was already mad and upset I just wanted my food and to get out fast. She needs to change her attitude, quit or be fired!

This is the WORST subway I have ever been to. The store is messy, the owner lady is the slowest worker they have there. There will be a line of 14 people and she will slowly be working on something else that doesn’t help out the other workers. I actually feel sorry for the people who work there because you can tell they do their best, they run around that place to get everything done but that lady holds them back.
The food comes out pretty good, but like I said, it doesn’t come out for like 20 minutes literally.
I dont blame the other workers, just the lady that owns it. She holds them back immensely.
