Rewards member and frequent Subway customer. After purchasing a full-priced footlong, I asked for a cup only to get ice. I was told the store ran out of small cups. Fine. What wasn’t fine was being refused any other cup unless I paid, despite other cups clearly being available behind the counter.

I explained I didn’t want a drink and that this situation existed solely because the store ran out of its own supplies. The “solution” offered was that I leave and bring back my own personal cup to get ice. Asking a paying customer to leave the store and return with outside items just to avoid providing a cup that costs a few cents is absurd.

This had nothing to do with policy or cost and everything to do with inflexibility and poor judgment. The only impressionable customer in this interaction was me, and the impression left was that customer loyalty and basic courtesy were not valued. Turning something this minor into an issue was completely unnecessary and reflects poorly on how this location handles customers.

In their defense the county did give them an A rating. I don’t know how! The young lady that helped us was nice polite and worked as fast as she could. The older lady b was incredibly rude. The older lady checked us out and asked us what size drinks we wanted and we said whatever the standard size was for the meal, she said no you upgrade for 30 cents more. No we want what comes with the meal, she was visibly upset that didn’t upgrad. When went to pay the tap would not work. We wanted to slide the card because it always works that way and she said “No! You have to tap! We don’t do slide only tap!” Do my husband asked can’t I just insert the cup to read? Sharon as rice as can be “ NO TAP ONLY” the lady behind is said it OSS still broken, it was broke when I came over a month ago! We should have left and walked out. I paid cash but will not be back. And honestly I don’t know how they got an A rating their lettuce was so brown I would have rather them say we ran out of lettuce than use the brown wilted stuff. Also the spinach was so limp!!! The real reason I am doing a review and what is totally unacceptable is how rude the lady was.

Went to this location for the first time, we got there around 815 we went to wash our hands and what not a placed our order. We sit down at the tables and the man working said that they are about to close in a bit that we can’t sit in the dining room. It was only 830pm they closed at 9pm. So me and my family had to walk across to eat outside at five guys. That’s just ridiculous.

Sandwiches are good but customer service could be a little better. Lunch time is crowed for sure and so is dinner time. If you want to skip the lines download the subway app and order from there. Never had any problems with the app or my order.

Decent little subway. Came on my break and 1 employee was doing everything while the other 2 were stocking up. It took 20 mins for 2 sandwiches. The spicy Italian meat didn’t even look appealing.

I just went in today on a Sunday , I want aware they don’t bake bread on Sunday, because that would be the only explanation in why my bread was stale. Will not be return to this location, due to their lack of effort in providing adequate food food
