The people who work here suck, suck badly ngl smh. I had a reusable coupon that I could use but the girl there did not accept it, I’ve worked in fast food before guys I know who is who and this girl and all the others are not one that you want handling your food smh, people can suck either in front or behind the register man I know but do yourselves/family/friends/& everyone not to go here anymore because of poor quality service and non professionalism. This was one bad visit and definitely my last!!!! My bread had what looked like mold on it. It smelled funny too. It was an online order, they got 1 sandwhich with the wrong toppings on it. We ordered using the app to get the Promo Buy one Foot Long and get the 2nd for $1. We parked up front and waited since we had just placed the orders in the app. It was empty. I would not recommend going to this specific location since they can’t even get the toppings correct when it’s empty. I can only imagine when its busy. This was a bad experience and we will never come to this specific location or recommend anyone to this location. The owner really needs to either hire a night shift manager to make sure they are properly getting the orders right or has to be there in person to make sure the employees they have working there aren’t losing them money.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I ARRIVED HERE BEFORE 9PM AND THEY SAY THEY WERE CLOSED EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN TILL 9:30PM. THE WORKERS THERE MAKE $20HR AND ACT LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOB.

We been always coming here, but this time is the last time, the girls are so rude, specially the girl in the mornings kind of heavy set looking, she takes forever in making the sandwiches and gives you attitude at all times. We had to re order the sandwich cause she messed up and she got mad and slammed one of the breads door, 3rd time she gives us attitude, very bad service here. Never coming back.

Sandwiches are good, customer service not so much. The lady took her sweet time counting and making the Sandwiches. I was there for almost 30 minutes, I was better off making the Sandwiches at home. It was $50 for three foot longs! Adding avocado is $3!?

The food is great 1 stars, because I felt discussed when I walk in with my children and I see a boy looking like a girl so disturbing to me and my family. When someone has a job you put on a uniform to look professional not dress up to advertise your personal likes. It’s a job, do your personal like’s in your time!

Worse customer service ! The owner it’s so rude with employees and customers. It’s my second and las time here . When you ask for a combo she won’t give you the cookie until you go back and tell her and she gets mad SO RUDE ! She almost threw the cookie at me ! Not to mention the owner it’s counting every spinach they put on the sandwich I got so little meat and veggies I paid for piece of bread and a bad experience !

Leslie made my sandwiche. I don’t know if it’s the management or the employee but, it was a sad little foot long . I had to ask for more of the veggies, and yet it lacked. I think it’s ridiculous if I have to ask for something more than once. The employees were cold and seemed like they only greeted or spoke to you because it is forced. I probably won’t be coming back to this location.
I changed my rating from 2 star to one because now that I’m actually eating it, I notice it’s practically flat, when normally other places load it up and it’s actually even difficult to close. Not satisfied at all. Too bad you can’t rate less than one.
