The worst customer service was provided today by a server named Jovanni. She made my sub wrong and still charged me for it. Apparently you can’t built your own sub anymore at this location and she kept insisting “pick a number” I asked for a soft drink and she said the machine didn’t work. Rudely went to say to just get something from the fridge. Worst experience ever from this location. Will definitely not return to this location. Would rate the location a Zero but it doesn’t let me. Come here when she is not working or ask for a different worker to help you if you are a local

Workers inside refused to wear name tags or give names. Nothing but attitude from the start and didn’t wanna even start my order when one of us went to the restroom. Didn’t have any options for bread other than white and wheat, didn’t want to honor the coupon according to to its labels and didn’t even want to add a kids sub that had ONLY meat.

Jersey Mikes Subs and Old German Deli are 1 mile away, which is walking distance. Thank you Subway’s for getting me so upset that I made an effort to discover these other delicious sandwich places. What did Subways do? Subways canceled my order when I used their app because I applied a BOGO coupon. I did the order at the store 2 more times, (for a total of 3 times) and they still say the order didn’t go through.

I used to work for Subway in Texas and this is probably the Worst Subway Ever. They have no training on portion sizes. Every one of our subs had 1/3 of the meat it’s supposed to. The staff was not attentive nor professional. We didn’t realize that the food was made so poorly until we got to our destination and since we were on vacation we were not going to drive back to the store so we filed a complaint online and after a month they still have never even responded to me so here’s this bad review with a picture of one of the subs.

Super fresh bread and ingredients. My 1st visit here since I moved up and I am not disappointed. It was super delicious and the staff was very very friendly. Hard working people making tons of sandwiches to fill online orders. It’s definitely a must if your ever up in big bear and want a yummy sandwich.
