The young man in dinner tonite at 1845 pm appears Latino or Asian extremely rude, calling ppl dogs, n sandwich very light made. Missing or not enough as ordered. I will probably not order from this dinner again. The sandwich was made very light. I purchased same from other those were heavy. This one tonite was light n think this man is taking food home. No jalapeños bread, no lettuce, no Chipotle, no avocado, no vinegar, no seasoning, cold not warm, a still has an attitude about working there. I want a refund or a real 1ft sandwich

You can read about everything in the other reviews and these issues still exist. Bathroom is always “broken”. Door’s closer or whatever reason is heavy has been like that since COVID. Store closes whenever they feel like it. They’ll tell you the lobby’s closing just so they don’t have to clean up after you. Has the audacity to say there’s a tip function. At least you have a sense of humor.

The front door is extremely heavy and broken when you open it and it is never a priority to be fixed. You walk in and the place is not welcoming, very warm and unfriendly staff. Went during a lunch rush and there was 1 employee in the building. When it came time for us to order, another employee walked in from the back door and set his stuff down, proceeded to come to the front and make our sandwiches….didn’t wash his hands…this left me very unsettled and then when he began to make the sandwich that I had waited 30 minutes for…they were out of the meat I wanted. I was so frustrated I gave up and said I was going to take my business elsewhere since I wasn’t even sure I wanted to eat the sandwich after the unhygienic employee who was also leaning over my sandwich as he was making it and his clothing was touching it. I do not recommend this subway, take your business to Fire House Subs.
