Palmela and the workers there seem dirty, shirts are filthy, they don’t understand English, they look upset and all have attitudes. Palmela said that they don’t have change for a $100bill. So I went next door to ask. When I came back. I requested to have my sandwich freshly remade and Palmdale got upset. The other worker ( has a name tag scratched off ) said that if they make another one, I would have to pay for both. I went on line to file a complaint, I had a receipt in my hand so I can get information I needed, the worker there literally leaned over the counter to grab it out of my hand. That was VERY INAPPROPRIATE. They didn’t want to give their names. And were AGGRESSIVELY MEAN!!!

I wanted to sit and eat, The cashier told me that they don’t give Trays anymore. This sandwich use to be around $10 now $17.46, not a big deal but considering the price they should maintain some quality and standard. I’m pretty sure like other corporations they have BUNCH OF ALIBIS. Millions of people’s behavior will change, instead of eating outside 3/4 times a week they will do one time. CORPORATIONS HAS ALIBIS TO INCREASE THE PRICE and take advantage of millions of people AND WE THE PEOPLE WILL TAKE A NOTE OF THESE COMPANIES AND REMEDY THESE BY CHANGING OUR BEHAVIOR.

They are scammer. I ordered foot-long but they provided 6 inch sandwich. And I tried to call them to refund it, but one staff told me manager will reply to me within today but they didn’t reply to me for a few weeks and the manager ignore my message. Their customer service is the worst ever I visited in any subway in the world.

In a racist world with hateful people it is important to me that I be treated nicely and with respect. Subway may not be the greatest, but majority of the time items are fresh and good quality veggies. Watch those avocados though sometimes they have them too long!! Don’t give me any brown avocado!! Lol.. They servers are always good to me and I truly appreciate that, and that’s why I go back!

There is a worker there short and chubby Mexican. Was really looking foward to getting my sub walked out of there. The worker was touching other peoples sub’s. The register and never replaced or took off her gloves. She should be coached. Or suspened Specially with this pandemic and staying sanitary. Been to other subways that do that by themselves. Big red flag. Had to settle and eat at fast food

The food is great here and usually it’s a great experience but when we went to pick up our online order they made us a cookie instead of a churro – and one girl caught the mistake and pointed it out to the one who made our sandwiches and they laughed about it together and then she began to slam open the drawer, pull out the correct item and proceeded to cook it for about 10 seconds throw it in the bag and push the bag towards us without any communication. We said thank you and have a good night and they ignored us. I guess she only smiles when her man is in there eating with her – cute sally tattoo tho girl, maybe that will help you smile
