I like onions but it’s hard to get enough on your sandwich. I tell the guy working there more onions and he puts 3 more very paper thin pieces on there. I’m paying 20 dollars for 2 sandwiches I should be able to get plenty of onions without feeling like I’m being a beggar. I hate going there by now but my son makes me still go here and everytime I feel like I gotta beg to get enough vegetables on my sandwich. Years ago I remember my sandwich used to be hard to close because I got the chicken patty on there and they weren’t so skimpy with everything but now they have no more chicken patties and it’s hard to get anything with enough meat unless you order extra meat on it. They are getting incredibly skimpy and I’m feeling like a beggar everytime even though I’m spending quite a bit!

First and foremost, not necessarily to the actual employee, even though you were reading from the receipt and making the sandwich on the piece of paper, I guess if I had a line of people waiting and was the ONLY employee working, I’d probably lose the ability to read under pressure too. But who in their right mind schedules ONE person every weekend? Not only did I wait for over 25 minutes when my online order said it was done when I got there, the wait would have been fine had I been given the right sandwich! Idk if you think you’re saving money by not hiring or only scheduling one person on the weekends but in the 25 minutes I was sitting there at least 4 people got out of line and just left. I’m done with Subway, overpriced sandwiches and not even getting your own order if this were a one time thing then I understand, but idk how many times this has happened already.
I will say, if you have no idea what you want to eat, just place an order and see what you get, it’s like russian roulette with other people’s orders.

Went this morning asked for a chicken bacon ranch… then asked to replace the rotisserie chicken for grilled and they said they couldn’t do that!!. I said I would pay extra!! But they kept saying no.. so i went to the one in the city of imperial where they do it no problem… last tike going there. Thanks!

Usually there’s always a long wait, today I got lucky no one was in line. I asked for a classic cut Spicy Italian. I had both girls look at me like what is that. I pulled out my phone had them watch a short video on it. I have to say I was more entertained watching them pull it off. So it wasn’t the greatest visually, however It tasted great. Practice makes perfect, Thanks for trying Girls!

I’ve changed my opinion I went to the Imperial location. We had sandwiches four days ago… I got food poisoning, sick for 3 days. I’m done with their food. Yeah, I don’t know what happened, but no more from that location for me. My health is more important than lazy employee’s not caring if customer’s get sick. Ha, and to think I left a large tip too..

I ordered two meals online, one of the sandwiches was completely missing any of the veggies and sauces ordered, and there was only half of a scoop of meat. The second meal was completely missing any chips or soda. I don’t know if the worker was new, but I’m definitely not coming back.
Edit: Honestly, the best experience I’ve had here is “meh” the worst has been this. The sandwiches were just horrible. Not the right bread, wasn’t toasted, no cheese, no sauce, no seasoning, it looked pitiful; like what you’d give a dog “Dog-wich” would be the name of this novelty dog food that Subway serves

Don’t order through the mobile app. The order comes out wrong or they never received the order. You’re better off walking in and getting your meal. Service is always good when we go in.
