Wow, I see why this place has a 2.6 star rating. I am in the area for work and had time for lunch so I stopped here without looking at the rating first. Thevstore was clean and the staff started out friendly..I ordered a 12″ turkey with bacon. They really don’t build a sandwich very well. The bacocon was slumped up and in the middle of my sandwich, I asked for just a few pepperoncinis the girl building my sandwich pretty much ignored me and slapped a bunch on, she was also a little heavy with the mustard and kept asking me if I wanted mayo even though I was very clear in what I wanted, same withbthe salt. It was almost like she did believe me when I told her how I wanted my sandwich. She asked if I wanted anything to drink I replied I would like a bottle of water, three cookies and some chips, she asked if I wanted a cup of water I repeated I would like the bottle of water, she repeated again do I want a cup of water, to which I replied, I want a bottle of water. She hot offended by this and her attitude whent to shit. Key points gor improvement 1) build a better sandwich 2) listen to your customers they typically know exactly what they want. 3) don’t give attitude when customers repeat themselves because you’re not listening to them. I will remember this location and will not be back. Hope you enjoy my $22.00

Terrible experience. I ordered my food on the app because I had a lot of things to do and company coming over. I sent my son to get it and they were 30 minutes late making it. By the time he got home, 1 of my guests had to leave without their food. It got worse when we discovered that every single sandwich was not only made incorrectly but completely wrong. The sandwiches were not even salvageable. My kids would not eat, which means all of my time and money was wasted. I got in my car, leaving my friends and family behind and went to the subway so they could correct their mistake. They asked me to go back home and bring the sandwiches. I had to make three trips there and they treated me as if I was an inconvenience. As they were making it and treating me like I was the problem, I slightly leaned on the glass and it fell. They accused me of slamming it as I was helping them fix it. They didn’t have it in place correctly. I even bought food for the couple in line behind me because of the inconvenience and drama created at the subway. After all was said and done, they never apologized, I wasted three trips, 1.5 hours and $70 on substandard food that I was too upset to even eat. This food is way too expensive to go through all of this. I will never go there again. I understand the need to have patience with workers. I get it. But this was very upsetting.

The food quality is always good. The employees are quick to attend the guests; however, sometimes they seem like they are under stress, which is understandable when understaffed on the weekend before Christmas. The dining area could use some improvement. The paint on the walls needs refinishing, the tile on the walls need some cleaning and the baseboards could use some dusting.

Darren, the assistant manager at the subway on 6th st in Beaumont, was awesome!!! He’s very patient and kind, knows how to make a great sandwich!!!; I got the ham and provolone sub. The provolone wasn’t that great but everything else tasted good. Darren’s friendly personality and sweet smile will definitely bring me back to this subway, thank you Darren!!!

I ordered a footling on line and it didn’t even have what I ordered on it. For one it has jalapenos and cucumbers it was too hot to even eat and I ordered wheat bread or white. The guy hats usually there must have been off cuz this guy messed up my sandwich and there were two of them there the other guy did a great job and he was alone,!
