****VERY SORRY*** if you already went here. I’ve been to so many different subways, and sure you have too, this? This is probably a independent/franchise. They run it the way they feel like. Open & close when they want. there is more bad feedback than good. We were only there one time, and like you, poor service, didn’t speak good English or understand. There ads were wrong. We never got to eat there, which is fine with us. Anyway I hope this helps.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. They over charged me and have little knowledge of their menu.Then they are very arguementative and just slap your sandwich together rudely! I’ve never been yelled at by a subway employee until I came here.

Very friendly staff and some great food. They had an unusually large oven in the back, but when I asked, they said the didn’t toast the sandwiches at that location, so I’m not sure what that’s about. But otherwise great

SLOW STAFF. I came for ONE sandwich and it took the person 15 minutes to make it! I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER. The person was moving terribly slow. Didnt know what the ingredients were, like spinach and mustard. This subway needs a whole new staff and manager.

We were in town staying at the Hotel del Coronado and wanted a quick dinner after walking the SD zoo all day. Walked in at 7:35pm, and were told they were closed. Sign on the door said 8pm, and the “Open” was still on. Clerk said they leave at 8 and needed to shut down by then so they close at 7:30 and refused us service. We walked a couple blocks further and ate at Panera. It was nice. Go there instead .

Still getting food poisoning from here. Staff still under trained. Staff now give attitude when you ask for something they clearly don’t know how to make. It’s not my fault you didn’t get property training on how to do your job.
