Situated within walking distance from our hotel. One person on duty, and she was courteous and quick. Subs were super good. Being below ground level was a bit disconcerting, but we weren’t there long enough for that to matter.

I visited this location on February 11, 2024 and the cashier (Hispanic male) working there snuck a 20% tip onto my charges. Didn’t realize it until I saw the receipt later when my bank balance was a little off on my bank app. Emailed subway, and they lied about issuing me a refund. The employee Lorna Griefnow is the person who claimed to issue me a refund via email. My bank told me that in this specific scenario, a dispute would be ruled in subways favor. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION AND ALL OTHERS. This tip entitlement is out of control. Check your receipts well before you leave the restaurant. Theft is evolving unfortunately and corporate backs it too.

For the most part this place is pretty good with good workers but today this short Hispanic woman was working here. Insanely slow. Didn’t know how to make the items you said on the menu. Rude. And didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing at all and didn’t seem to care. If I see her working here I defiantly will walk back out

In all fairness, Subway is a franchise/chain and must abide by certain standards.
I have gone to this Subway 3 times in the last 2 months and I have to say that it is NOT ran well.
1. They always run out of ingredients such as cheese, lettuce, meat… yes, the basics required to make a sandwich. A manager is supposed to properly inventory and order supplies to ensure there are enough ingredients.
2. It seems the staff here is overwhelmed as well. There is always a long wait and today a lady was upset and commented that it took her 45 minutes to get her sandwich. I feel bad for the staff because they do their job but maybe they do such high volume that they fall behind on orders. Also keep in mind that due to Covid, not a lot of people are allowed in the store so maybe they can’t have more than 2 employees per shift, I don’t know.
3. I placed my order online and it said my order was being prepared and they hadn’t even stated preparing my sandwich. Then I received notification that the order was ready and they were barely making the order. I go to Subway for the convenience and this Subway is very, very slow and I think it might be in part to them not have the managerial support. Customers took the slow service personally and started yelling at the staff and I think the employees try their best. Management needs to step it up and help their employees.

Great Subway with friendly service, looks like a unique location with some large doors that they let many people in! Going thru them must be popular since people dont come out from there! The clerk told me they’re selling “cool stuff” back there! Dont know why they have to lock the doors though…. At least they have soup and a great toasted tuna sandwich!

****VERY SORRY*** if you already went here. I’ve been to so many different subways, and sure you have too, this? This is probably a independent/franchise. They run it the way they feel like. Open & close when they want. there is more bad feedback than good. We were only there one time, and like you, poor service, didn’t speak good English or understand. There ads were wrong. We never got to eat there, which is fine with us. Anyway I hope this helps.

Staff is not very friendly when you’re ordering and paying. Frowns all around. Everyone hates customer service but at least try to find the sunshine in what you do. I never have a problem with subway but my sandwich was very skimpy and being in there was depressing on a sunny day. Go to which wich or Panera bread or anywhere else along the strip.
