The staff here is so friendly! I came during lunch rush, and I did not feel overwhelmed ordering. They were generous with the toppings (I love spinach and onions)! I want to thank Kareli for going above and beyond helping my daughter with her sandwich.

Was there last Saturday. The sandwich maker either needed coffee or a pep talk on how to greet clients and attempt to have some form of chit chat and pleasantries. Pretend you want to be there. I ended up eating in my car because I won’t put myself in places “act” like they don’t want you there. Just looking for a Hello and a thank you. The basics.

So I already had a bad feeling since the very beginning. I walked in and the lady left to the back and had me waiting for 6 minutes. She finally gets out and i had to repeat myself various times on what I wanted. Also, not to mention, they didn’t have salt and pepper which I had to put some on when I got home. Then I had a coupon for a free cookie and she scanned it and still placed an order on my receipt (which I didn’t realized until I got home). I saw how she didn’t place a cookie in my bag so I asked and she said the coupon didn’t scan through. So I took back my coupon and left. Once I got home, i saw that she had placed a cookie on my receipt. So I payed for a cookie I didn’t receive.

Went there today with friends to buy five subs. That lady manger has to be the rudest and most unprofessional manager I’ve come across at a Subway. I asked her a simple question about a coupon and she seemed liked she didn’t want to be bothered. Then a guy employee asked a question and she was rude again answering him in Spanish thinking I didn’t speak Spanish. Then he asked her if they had veggies patties because there wasn’t any in the front and she said they don’t have any even though he found some in the walk in fridge. I asked another lady employee for a fork and she budded in all rude to say they don’t have forks. That lady shouldn’t be a manger. If she doesn’t like her job she should look for another job that doesn’t involve HELPING customers. I will never go back to that Subway and if you want a pleasant experience you should avoid this Subway.

I usually don’t stop at a Subway, but today my daughter wanted a meatball sub. We were helped by a nice young lady named Jessica. Since I am not very familiar with Subways wraps, she helped me design a delicious wrap with roasted chicken. Very happy we stopped by here.

Ordered 5 sandwiches through the app. Out of the 5, only 1 was done right. Went back to the store to try and get it fixed(8:20 pm on saturday) and the door was locked. Was unable to contact through phone as well. Posted closing time was 10pm

Had a horrible experience here, the cashier was so clueless and rude, I asked for a 6.99 meal deal that comes with a 6 inch sub a drink or two cookies and a drink, I asked for the two cookies with mine and he said “cookies doesn’t come with it” then I showed him the sign and corrected him then he just said “whatever”. Don’t come to this subway they just hire anyone, another worker was wearing damn pjs as his uniform. Horrible and weird!

Horrible experience. They always have a new person working there so quality varies and today I placed an online order and sent my husband to pick it up. He didn’t get a receipt and when we got home, we noticed she had made our order wrong and forgot to add the chips. He went back and she was extremely rude and did not want to admit She made a mistake so she was making it hard for him to just have the order done right. After some back-and-forth, she agreed to give him the correct order, but she told him that she would have to call her manager first then make her online orders first so he ended up waiting in the restaurant for about 30 minutes before he just couldn’t take it anymore and asked for a refund. Who does this? It’s just a sandwich. If you make a mistake, just fix it no problem. by the way, this restaurant never has cucumbers, pickles or onions so if you want that, I would just go to a different one.
