Terrible experience ordered a footlong meatball..got 4 balls and a slap of sauce and missing other ingredients from mobile order. Employee tried to make it right when I came back bc she said they were out of meatballs but she didn’t know how to make some of the other offerings

Girl that made my sandwhich didn’t didn’t bother to close it before putting it in the bag so it completely fell apart when I opened it. Also drowned it with Sriracha and chipotle sauce. The bag she put it in was all messy too because she got the sauce all over her gloves.

Employees with bad attitude, no manners at all. Walk in 20-30min before closing time(apparently web side says 10pm but workers said 9pm but since is weekend they can close even earlier) and since they need to clean its consider close time @8:30pm. So rude, worker ask me to complain with manager in the morning. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, didn’t even bother what I was getting…I simply wanted to buy a larger drink…really bad customer service and lazy workers that dont even bother to as “how can I help you today”

I’ve bought turkey bacon avocado sa dwhiches fro nsubway my whole life and never have i had a worker get bothered saying that they don’t sell that there that they can only sell what’s on the menu not add stuff. It was an older lady with dark hair and she got mad because i asked her to repeat herself because I didn’t really hear her because of her mask and accent but she rolled her eyes. I was on break as a delivery driver so not sure why she had attitude when i asked for a sandwich that all subways sell. I honestly just walked out wasn’t gonna deal with her. Really horrible area so i understand why the quality is low at this subway

I usually get subway no problem. Easy in easy out. I had 25 min to get to work so I thought I would be fine. But on this day 7/24/19 the line was short but the employees look like they didn’t know what they were doing near the register. It took about 15 min till I got up to order my sandwiches.

Went at 11:15 today and there was one person working. She had to use the restroom at one point and we all just stood around waiting for her to come back. Not her fault, you need to have more people working at peek hours! I spent 25 mins waiting to order one sandwich. Ridiculous!

All good except the lady didn’t put the sticker meant to secure the wrapper on correctly. she only put it on one side. And so it didn’t ensure the integrity of the wrap. So the sandwich was exposed to the elements. Delicious though.

I’m writing this because I hope the manager will see it: it’s about 3pm on Sunday 14th, July 2019. This location is clean and the food was perfectly fine, but what I saw happen to one of your employees was so upsetting I had to say something. The woman who helped us was short, blonde white woman with glasses. She was very nice and helpful, and worked methodically through the line even though she was by herself.

Worst subway ever, the guy with long hair empty tattoo is who I’m talking about. Asking me if I’m gonna get anything, he’s still attending the first person’s which happens to be my brother. He then tells me because he doesn’t want to wait til he gets to the veggies with him “cuz you know” and I said you know huh?? He’s like just hope you know what to get before I get done, I said ok yeah just give me a minute I’m not in line for a reason I’m going over the menu its been a while. I get in line tells me you know what you want? I said yeah tell him my order he gets the sub done and we get to toppings, asks what I want I tell him and yes in this exact form he is telling me. Then he asks what sauces and I tell him light mayo and ranch. He says light mayo as in barely any or? And I said no the light mayo or you don’t have any? He’s like “yeah no we don’t and I’m not about to make some cuz you know” and I politely say ok just some regular mayo then. Dude should not have a job, he looks like he hates his life in there, dude should be fired. The next lady comes in and he gives the biggest sigh and I check the time I figured maybe it’s late that’s why? It was 730 and they close at 9pm. Get this dude out of there because that’s the last time I’m going for sure!
