As a thriller and romance author, I’m always noticing the small details of places I stop while traveling, and Subway is a convenient stop in the mall.
The shop has a bright, clean feel when you walk in, and I like the green door handle at the entrance. It’s a small detail, but it adds a nice bit of character to the storefront.
Inside there’s a limited seating area, but they also have a nice outdoor dining space that feels open and bright. It’s a comfortable place to sit down for a quick sandwich while visiting the mall.
The staff is super nice and helpful, and they take care of orders quickly. They also have digital ordering kiosks available, which makes it easy to place an order if you’re in a hurry.
Otherwise it’s exactly what you expect from Subway. A quick and easy stop when you want something simple and reliable.

I went to the site around 8:30 am. The place was alone and there was 1 person in the store. I saw no problem there. As soon as I entered the store I saw a huge cockroach and one of those flying ones in front of the counter. I was disgusted and tried to call the manager but she told me “I’ll be with you in a minute” she didn’t look at me. I kept trying to get her attention and she kept saying the same thing. After the fourth call I told her that there was a cockroach and the employee saw it and said “in a while I’ll kill it” and went back to the back and didn’t come back. I got to thinking if I found a cockroach on the counter I don’t want to imagine what it must be like in her storage room. After that I left. Poor hygiene

Extremely slow and poor customer service. Two people in line upon arrival. No hello or welcome. Employee proceeded to begin two online order sandwiches without acknowledging anyone. I know it’s just Subway, but take pride in your employment and do better.

Food was great don’t get me wrong ,but only 1 worker taking on a lunch rush. Seen multiple people turn around due to the long line. She indeed handled it the best she could ,but I could tell she was overwhelmed. This location is inside of a mall not sure why she’s not receiving Wayyy more help with walk in orders , mobile orders and people dinning in.

I entered the restaurant and was 4th in line. There was a young girl (Gia) working her hands off while an older lady cleaned the slicer, removed bread from the oven, picked up her purse and water bottle and left the store. Gia was making sandwiches as fast as she could. I waited in line for 30 minutes (remember I was only 4th in line) before I placed my order. By that time, there were at least 5-6 behind me. Gia had great customer service and never faltered. The older woman that left should have provided service to the guests along with Gia. Obviously, she didn’t see herself as a service provider. If it’s she store, she really should think about the customer, if not for the customer, she wouldn’t have a store!
